I subscribed but within 15 minutes of using it I realized that the answers were incomplete. I had 10 questions and no solution. I entered the chat and requested a refund, after all I did not use anything because the answers were incomplete. The chat attendant said it was not possible to do the refund. Total disrespect with the consumer. I did not use the product because of poor service. When I initially google it the question appeared but after payment the answers were not correct and incomplete. Seriously that they did not refund a service that was not even done? Policy? What about the law? Disrespectful.
