I would give them no stars if I could

I would give them no stars if I could. I received tracking for an order 2 weeks ago and it’s still saying a label had only been created. The actual company that delivers have never received a parcel from them. All FARFETCH say is we are escalating to other departments. Any reputable company would have given me a refund by now because I’ve never received any order. Cost me more money to order the bag I needed from a reputable company, that’s arrived within 2 days. FARFETCH where’s my refund!

Product went on sale before I received…

Product went on sale before I received it just a week after I bought it. They would not honor sales price (credit me the difference). I said well, then just cancel my order and I’ll buy it at the new price and they then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay a return re-route charge. Totally ridiculous, unfair, and not worthy of my business going forward. Agent (Jessica) said -“ we don’t price match online, not even our own prices” wow!!!! stay away - much better customer service elsewhere!

Rubbish

Like all these systems, its ok (not great) until there is a problem, then you get through to customer support who want you to rebuild your computer, install chrome (cause that fixes everything) re-decorate the office, move office and then stand on your head to see if that makes a difference only to find out its their own crappy server farm.Over enthusiastic support staff that only know how to repeat a script. Also the hold music is terrible.....

I wish that I had read reviews about Expedia. It was a nightmare to change dates on hotel bookings. Example: Want to drop 2 days from a trip, they said that they would have to charge the current rate which was $300 more a night than what I booked originally. I had many horrible experiences with them. I cancelled every hotel that I could. I am still disputing 2 nights that I cancelled. Don't EVER use them. I have told and will continue to tell everyone I know to not use them! They are awful!

No uk phone support & terrible email support

No uk phone support, despite the huge price.Via email, I'm constantly repeating the same questions, often taking days for them to get back to me.Now it seems there is a glitch with the system, and I cant technically create an add, to spend more money... yet they still don't reply!?Not sure how it's go this bad, but please bring back semi decent phone support.

Endless Hidden Costs - Use Odoo at your own peril

When I was first researching an ERP solution for my business, Odoo seemed like exactly the software I needed.A year later, I wish I had never come across Odoo. I paid for an Enterprise subscription, and then was told the software can't do what I specifically wanted. So I hired a partner to build a customization for me. When I wanted to setup everything, my subscription had been cancelled. They told me I had to move to Odoo.sh - because customizations cannot be hosted on Odoo.com. This had never been mentioned in the several online meetings we had while discussing the building of the customization. No surprise, had to pay extra for Odoo.sh. ALOT extra.When I finally got everything setup again with a new subscription, I discovered that my country was not supported. There is no fiscal localization for my country. Meaning, no chart of accounts, no journals, no reports - basically the solution is incomplete and doesn't work. I've wasted so much money and have never actually used the software.I've now been quoted thousands more to configure a localization for my country. I'm cutting my loses and ending my subscription. I will find a new solution. I wish I had read these reviews when I first came across Odoo. I urge anyone considering their software to stay away from this company.Their support is also terrible. They don't seem to realize that some businesses run after hours and during weekends - their support runs from 9 - 5, Monday to Friday. They will happily let your business come to a standstill if you need help outside of those hours.

They said “we’ll review your Gig” — instead, they closed my account and nothing about money clear !

Fiverr told me my Gig needed a review and that I should update it. I followed their instructions, clearly stated that I use legal paid ads through platforms like Facebook and Google, and made sure everything was transparent and compliant.What did they do next?They shut down my entire account without any proper explanation. No warning, no clear reason, and zero professional communication.Here’s the real issue: Fiverr still allows the "Web Traffic" category. It’s right there on the site, and people are offering the exact same service I was. So how does that make sense? You offer a category, then punish sellers for using it legally?And the money left in my account? No one even bothered to explain how or when it will be released.Am I supposed to wait months? Or are they just planning to keep it?That’s not just bad support — it feels like outright theft.I followed the rules, did everything right, and got treated like I broke some policy they won’t even explain.One star is too generous.Ticket #13212124Update I already send message to your team and they already closed account they didn't care about selling you playing with us like a joke no serious actions

The site is literally mutilated.

The site is literally mutilated.I can't even understand how to remove all the feedback at once, I have to click on each and remove them manually instead of select all and hit the remove button. It's hard to find my own works. Submitting art into groups also kinda problematic. No categories,spambots,sexbots,pedos,disgusting nudes where there's usually ppl showing their genitals, nothing artistic in it but is considered as ReAL ArT, the admins literally give a damn about complaints,harrasment,bulliyng.I'm on DA 12 years. It had bad and good days but right now it's a terrible time to be on that place. Also the activity also went down, using the new interface is absurdly uncomfortable... I dunno what's going on but the site became a trash place.

It is impossible to cancel online

It is impossible to cancel online. I received a telephone call from them when the subscription payment did not go through. The guy I spoke with was terse, said that the only way that I could cancel the subscription was to make payment otherwise they would simply cancel the account. I said fine, go ahead and cancel, and thanked him. He then hung up without saying bye. Absolutely terrible.

Misery Frustration & Disappointment

I would strongly advise people not to buy Oculus Rift S.Our son was so excited about getting the RiftS for Christmas, but this was short lived it took a couple of hours to set up even though his PC exceeded the recommended specs then after a hour of playing it stopped working, after unplugging everything and starting again it worked but only for another hour. Then after a few days it stopped working all together after a week of being on to support we still no joy. In the end we ended up returning it to the shop & getting our money back, our son was glad to see the back of it. After all the excitement and anticipation we just ended up with £400 worth of misery Frustration & disappointed.

They stole money from me

They stole money from me. After going through a painful process of changing a date, talking to the hotel directly which they agreed to the change, hotels.com kept telling me the same thing to eventually tell me that they will cancel and issue me a refund, and they never did. Ended up booking twice, charged twice with refunds never to be seen. NEVER book with hotels.com. ive used them for years but they have gone downhill. I will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone i know never to book through them ever again.

Hotel.comShould not have any star. We reserved a room on Friday and our number party change so the next day went in and cancel the reservation through virtual chat but realize there is no refund quickly contacted the chat and asking to keep the reservation but there were no real person to talk to. Everything is virtual chat and an online agent the wait was long and kept getting disconnect and then chat w virtual and wait for and agent all it was no help. They came back with cant refund nor keep our reservation. They took $450 from us.I understand policy need to be strictly follow but within reasonable. Mind you we reserve this a month in advance and this was not a last min cancel everything was done right at the moment of booking.My first time dealing with this such a nightmare experience and will never ever use hotel.com ever again.
