Terrible! The phone line was no help at all and just told me they would send me an email to help! But a generic email. They didn't have a clue and just told me they could do nothing to help. The worst help line I have ever used. And I never normally send reviews. But I was so frustrated.

I traveled to Cleveland from BWI first time becuase i was going for business. I used to travel by Southwest direct flight. 4 hrs delyaed at Detroit I missed my business meeting. It took me 7 hrs to reach to Cleveland vs 2 hrs direct flight. While coming back it delayed more than an hour at JFK. Sat on Tarmac for 45 minutes just because they loaded more luggage from previous flight. Pilot informed us that plane is heavy now we need to burn fuel. First time heard about this stupidity. Power sockets were not working. Not flying again to Cleveland by Delta.

I am extremely happy with my products and service from Lonely Planet. I will be travelling to Mauritania (North-West Africa) at the end of the year and it’s impossible to find information online for ANYTHING! I managed to find chapters in multiple books about Mauritania with extremely extensive information for only a few dollars each for PDF copies- life saver! I also accidentally purchased two of the same chapter and contacted support asking to swap one of them, I received a response within one hour with a link to the chapter I requested to take its place. I will be using lonely planet a lot in the future and recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

3 years ago I placed an order which was cancelled by the shop but not refunded. Eventually I got a refund but the tip was not refunded. I make no other orders. Last night I ordered and it arrived late, cold, with missing items, delivered by someone other than the named delivery driver. Apparently because I have had numerous other refunds (one) I’m not entitled to have this order rectified. Disgraceful practise and I shall have to do a credit card charge back and simply not use them again.

Documentation—while profuse—isn't always as verbose as I wish it was, but the chat support team has always been a huge help and are happy to hold my hand through the network admin stuff that always trips me up.

It's obvious that they use their "no refund" policy to make money. If you need to rely on people's forgetfulness to generate profit, perhaps that should be a warning about the business itself. I would have been happy to just downgrade for the unlimited downloads but due to that policy I'm going to find another platform to use.

Never buy their laptops. They use very cheap material inside. I bought a 4,200 euro laptop the legion 7i pro because I was moving a lot for the past year. After around 11 months the laptop corroded due to humidity in the air which is a first since I had many laptops and pcs before. I send it for warranty not only they claimed it was liquid contamination they also lied to my face that keys and the laptop was sticky. They respond to my emails once a week and invoiced the repair to cost 4,660 euro when a new laptop costs only 4,200. So not only they lie to your face about the fault they also try to scam you off 460 euro. Now I'm afraid ill have to bring the case to court and see if they at least start responding to me and treating me like a human being.
