Zenbook 14 was purchased and within 3 months it stopped working. The computer cannot even boot on. Though the company has a 1 year warranty, it will not send you back parts that are replaced. If you can't boot the computer, how is a normal person supposed to save their data? No exceptions are made. I will never buy or recommend an ASUS product again.

I've hosted on VRBO for over 2 years now, I get a lot less bookings on VRBO than on Airbnb. VRBO's cut is a lot bigger and you have to keep on checking your pay-outs closely because they don't pay out what they say they pay out. VRBO's website is buggy and support is awful and an absolute waste of time. They ask for unnecessary attachment, but do not allow to send attachments. You have to keep on sending them a message every few seconds or so otherwise they disconnect the chat session. Also my experience with Airbnb customers is a lot better than with VRBO.

So as a result Indiegogo seems to be the platform of choice for scammers and charlatans.We know Crowdfunding carries risks but Indiegogo does nothing to enforce its scant rules that allow backers to be exploited.Have been foolish enough to fund using the platform. Don't repeat my mistakes.

Returned my item (worth £159.90) to Uniqlo on 18/11/20. Allowing for their 15 day return policy, received my refund on...wait for it folks....13/1/21, nearly 2 months later!!! Items returned (on the same date) to Uniqlo from someone else within the same household received their refund approximately 5weeks ago. When making telephone enquiries re: my refund I spoke to several customer service assistants who reassured me my refund would be processed asap. In the meantime I have incurred credit card interest charges. When asked if Uniqlo would pay have yet to receive a reply/answer. No reply from Uniqlo to my query via Twitter or Instagram.In my opinion, I have been treated appallingly. Having to wait so long for my refund is down right outrageous. £159.90 may not seem a lot to some people but as someone is who financially struggling in this pandemic, Uniqlo should be much more organised in terms of refunds & listen to their customers. Be wary of purchasing items online from Uniqlo especially if you need to return. You may need to allow a couple of months for your refund.

uniqlo posted a defected item and refused to exchange or refund. very upset about the situation. CS wants to find out if i washed it when the item still have the tag on it. did not expect them to be so stupid. still waiting for a reply from them.

Went with Printful to warehouse and distribute our products for our ecommerce store. Ever since they moved from NC to TX (they closed their NC warehouse for some reason), they have overcharged shipping, lost product, shipped wrong (many times). Their support is way LESS than good in that they have no phone, can only live chat w/them and then they demand (sometimes) impossible 'proof' of their mistake before they'll entertain a solution...that many times doesn't even work with our customers and/or us!
