Todor T. and Gabriel (can't remember last initial) amongst all of the other chat support members have been incredibly helpful. Documentation—while profuse—isn't always as verbose as I wish it was, but the chat support team has always been a huge help and are happy to hold my hand through the network admin stuff that always trips me up.
