I have been trying like hell to get my…

I have been trying like hell to get my number to another service. the phone they want to text to verify me is BROKEN. i have explained this SEVERAL times to them. now i've been paying for months for service i am not getting just so i can keep the phone number. my actual phone i use is with another service now (and i am MUCH happier with their level of concern for their customers). at this point after so long of no access to the number, i just want to cancel. but now they only offer tech support on a limited schedule. you better hope you are having trouble when it's convenient for them to help you! and any call takes over an hour by the time you hold for them and explain it over and over again to different people. all i want to do at this point is cancel service. they want me to make an appt for a phone call for WEDNESDAY. it's SUNDAY. seriously???? THIS is why big name monopolies get the reputation they have. it's unbelievable how low their standards are these days. i am forced by my apartment complex to have my internet with them, but I will never recommend at&t to ANYONE after all of this. in fact, i will tell this story to anyone that is looking for cell service. It's all fine and good until you need them or they screw your account up. but if you need them at all, they are ABSENT and feel no obligation whatsoever to be there for their customers. i've been trying to get this done for over a year.

I think this is absolutely worst phone I ever bought

I bought this phone cannot use it,talk to 20-25 people they couldn’t fix it . I spent hours upon hours talking to them,useless they would lie,never call back like they said.I give up on cell phones. Never again.people don’t need to work and they could care less about the employer.what a world today!

I am really happy with Lego!

I am really happy with the Lego website and with all Lego products. I'm an AFOL buying new Lego bricks and combining them with my Lego bricks from 45 years ago... and they match perfectly. The Mindstorms NXT robots still work fine after ten years. All the Lego Technic can be used to build new stuff from Rebrickable or other MOC websites. The lego.com website is really cool for backorders, you get a mail when it is available and can order it directly for the advertised price (often cheaper than on other websites!). Huge fan here 10/10!

Incompetence compounded by dismissive, disrespectful behaviour and lying

After google ads lost a great deal of our data that had been accumulated over more than a few years, which had an enormous impact on our return on ad spend and sales, we spoke more than a dozen times over months to figure out the issues. Google offered a credit - a small one that was more of gesture but we were ok with that. They never followed through, then changed the person dealing with it more than 3 or 4 times, changed their mind, never solved the problem, never got our data back, refused the refund and starting trying to say the data missing was our fault etc. 4+ months later we are still arguing and when we finally went through all the info and proved it was their fault, definitively, they balked and said they had to arrange a call with a senior person that they said would be able to issue the credit, resolve the issue. etc. The person NEVER showed up to the arranged call. NEVER contacted us in anyway. This kind of incompetence, disrespect and dismissive behaviour is why we will terminate using Google Ads and only use Meta going forwards. This is beyond shocking and shows how Google clearly could not care less about their customers.

eject usb

I am having great difficulty seeing and ejecting a usb device when using parallels. Following the instructions did not bring the required icon to the task bar. Double clicking does not bring eject to the menu options list. Manage devices does not allow selection of eject. Extremely frustrating and time wasting.

I tried to sign up for free music SCAM

I tried to sign up for free music sheets and have been inadvertently signed up to an expensive PRO+ account. I have asked for a refund and asked them to cancel it. Still haven't been able to do either. I'm on the phone to my bank now to block them. The customer service site is completely unhelpful. There is a payment of £80 pending for three days time. Honestly, WTF is going on with these scam sites? Why isn't there better regulation?
