I am extremely happy with my products and service from Lonely Planet. I will be travelling to Mauritania (North-West Africa) at the end of the year and it’s impossible to find information online for ANYTHING! I managed to find chapters in multiple books about Mauritania with extremely extensive information for only a few dollars each for PDF copies- life saver! I also accidentally purchased two of the same chapter and contacted support asking to swap one of them, I received a response within one hour with a link to the chapter I requested to take its place.
