I do not pay my licence fee for BBC to send a reporter on holiday to Israel & interview a so called ex hostage, while for the last 5 month failed to report on Gaza massacre & shut down all pro Palestinian host, if any were invited! The Ziaonist lobby is running BBC too & this establishment lost itis credibility.

Loyalty as prime customer doesn't help when things go wrong.

I am a Prime customer and bought a drum rack bag from Amazon. This product arrived damaged and unusable as two wheels were broken. I had ordered it with a 2 to 3 week delivery time and it had arrived on time. On contacting Amazon their first response was to provide a refund, but I wanted the item so asked for a replacement. This was seemingly ok at the time so I arranged return of the damaged goods. Then I got an arrival time for the replacement of May 2025 which is 6 months away. When I called Amazon they said they could only provide either a refund or I would have to wait because they were out of stock. When I looked on Amazon the item was readily available but at a much higher price more than double what I had paid. Amazon gave me a reason for not using these as they were from different suppliers. This leaves me with no choice but to wait unless I find an additional £178 to buy another, even though none of this is my fault. The item was bought from Amazon, who arranged delivery. It is a shame that they are not prepared to help me as a loyal customer when something goes wrong which is entirely down to them as an organisation.

Rotten company, Delivery absolutly RUBBISH

For the last few years Amazon delivery has got worse and worse. They never get close to the "estimated delivery time" these days, and the estimated time changes again and again throughout the day. I've never ever known anything like this.If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolute rubbish, and rubbish people employed by this company.I could go into detail after detail but I have better things to do. These people working for Amazon should be ashamed. But we all know they couldn't care less

Issues with checkout and payment system on Adidas Australian Website

Issues with checkout using the Adidas website. Everytime you try and go to checkout to payment system it would return back to checkout and the qty's kept increasing - could not get to the payment stage.Had to end up using the mobile app to order which worked fine.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Don't answer to the emails. Company does not refund though it would be legal. Very disappointed. 1 star because there is no 0 star possibility. Update: 20.04.2022: money is still not on my account but I received a warning email FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE to warn me that my email will be answered, no need to resend any of them... Dress was returned in February, waiting for the refund at the end of April. I will update my review when the money has arrived. Update: 26.04.2023 money arrived. Thank you!

Worst experience of last year

Ordered a clock for my daughters birthday, I should receive it within a week. After three week I still got nothing. Delivery costs would be returned (this is what the employee promised after I contacted two weeks after the order). Never received the costs. Cancelling my order was not possible anymore because it was already out for delivery and a lot of other nonsense. I will never buy something at Otto again

Hootsuite is failing to publish after multiple reconnects and is being registered as a scam platform by my Instagram account, nearly getting me blocked from Instagram for using it! Their support has repeatedly trolled me or ignored me about this issue despite Hootsuite putting my entire business at significant risk.

Airparks/Purple Parking - slippery fingers

Due to Priority Parking not being available, we’ve gone with the next closest option at Luton airport - Airparks Meet & Greet. Well, we’ve booked with Airparks but our car was collected by Purple Parking. Odd. Anyhow, drop off was fine. Upon return, it took a few times we’ve called as instructed - after customs have been cleared. It took me a few attempts to confirm that we ARE ready to collect the car (be patient to repeat yourself a few times!). The car was to be collected from Car Park 2 instead of Car Park 1, which was different from where we dropped off the car and we were not familiar with it. And yet, we still had to wait for the car to be brought. The car obviously has been kept outside (expected), some dirt, leaves, etc after a few rainy days. The driver’s seat, all mirrors, radio, the cup holder divider - all out of their usual place. Whilst seats and mirrors are understandable, everything else is not for your enjoyment and use!And here is another surprise - once we’ve got home I’ve noticed that the change we kept in the car (a couple of pounds) was gone! I have purpusfolly closed the compartment where the change is held - out of sight! Double checked with my spouse and to no shock - he didn’t take the change either. Someone at this company has the slippery fingers! Those few coins travelled to Luton and Gatwick airport parkings safely multiple times in the last 4 years up until Airparks/Purple Parking got their hands on them. It won’t break the bank, but BE ASHAMED!!!

Beware: Major Issues Undisclosed

Submitted offer and earnest money on home (that was listed at market ie no discounted rate for any issues). Hired certified home inspector. He flagged that the foundation piers were a hazard and danger. Footing not filled with concrete, shims put in with added supports, supports used that would rust (direct contact w dirt) and...some at more than a 25% angle. He told us to run from it unless we wanted to sink (no pun intended) 20-30K into it...and we did...Zillow of course retaining the earnest. Mold was found as well.

We ordered the wrong game bc we didnt have the VR console and they banned my 12yo daughter, i never in my life have heard of suspended or banned its a fricking video game not a really life punishment if you live in the game world and think its real your company is NUTS., ill never buy anything from you guys EVER again my sons needs new console and its def not playstation im doing xbox. you guys suck and rob kids for their money. your selfish and i hope your company goes down.Your ignorant and DONT want to help your good customers. i'll getting my 2 sons xbox not ur rip off crap,you suspended kids and its ok for some as to say he gonna pee on his mothers grave site, ya wont ban or suspend that tho. you suck and im not buy anything from you guys ever again. i hope you lose customers and ur customer service bites and is very useless ppl. enjoy your hunk of crap and your workers suck with dealing with your problems very sadly and BADLY.. 2 xbox here i come.

I have never had such a bad experience…

I have never had such a bad experience with any other web hosting company. My client needed to purchase a domain and instead of calling me to make sure he ordered this correctly (like order a domain from your current webhost), he jumped the gun, looked up purchase a domain and clicked the first link, which, unfortunately was domain.com. He needed this site up immediately and couldn't wait the 60 days to transfer the domain to his webhost. I had him order Wordpress Plus hosting because it came with an SSL cert. They said allow them 4 hours to setup Wordpress on our hosting plan. 4 hours later, couldn't log in to wp-admin, plus I couldn't do anything in the hosting panel to fix it myself. They told me they will fix it, please allow another 4 hours. 4 hours, later, still not fixed....2 days later and 8 "support reps" later, the problem was still not fixed. I then figured out the problem and told the next 3 "support reps", each said it would an hour or 2. 8 hours later, still nothing. Finally, it got escalated to a manager, who failed to fix it once more. Then, on the 5th day and 13 support reps later, it finally got fixed. Then after I built the site, I went to turn on SSL....nowhere to be found! Support tells me that other customers have been complaining about this and the best they can do is offer me an SSL for $33/year when it was supposed to be included! The following day, a different support rep said it was only a free month and he didn't check a box upon checkout, but they ordered everything for my client! He said they can't just add SSL to my account because they changed to a new server and it was impossible to add it. Their site still shows that SSL is included with Plus. Their servers are extremely slow, support is horrific, their prices are outrageous, $288 for 2 users on google workspace! Horrible, unethical company!
