Footing not filled with concrete, shims put in with added supports, supports used that would rust (direct contact w dirt) and...some at more than a 25% angle. He told us to run from it unless we wanted to sink (no pun intended) 20-30K into it...and we did...Zillow of course retaining the earnest. Mold was found as well.
