I have never had such a bad experience with any other web hosting company. My client needed to purchase a domain and instead of calling me to make sure he ordered this correctly (like order a domain from your current webhost), he jumped the gun, looked up purchase a domain and clicked the first link, which, unfortunately was domain.com. He needed this site up immediately and couldn't wait the 60 days to transfer the domain to his webhost. I had him order Wordpress Plus hosting because it came with an SSL cert. They said allow them 4 hours to setup Wordpress on our hosting plan. 4 hours later, couldn't log in to wp-admin, plus I couldn't do anything in the hosting panel to fix it myself. They told me they will fix it, please allow another 4 hours. 4 hours, later, still not fixed....2 days later and 8 "support reps" later, the problem was still not fixed. I then figured out the problem and told the next 3 "support reps", each said it would an hour or 2. 8 hours later, still nothing. Finally, it got escalated to a manager, who failed to fix it once more. Then, on the 5th day and 13 support reps later, it finally got fixed. Then after I built the site, I went to turn on SSL....nowhere to be found! Support tells me that other customers have been complaining about this and the best they can do is offer me an SSL for $33/year when it was supposed to be included! The following day, a different support rep said it was only a free month and he didn't check a box upon checkout, but they ordered everything for my client! He said they can't just add SSL to my account because they changed to a new server and it was impossible to add it. Their site still shows that SSL is included with Plus. Their servers are extremely slow, support is horrific, their prices are outrageous, $288 for 2 users on google workspace! Horrible, unethical company!
