Beautiful graphics, great stories. amazing characters. Everyone knows that Ubisoft make great games! It is just their after-sale support and quality assurance that fail each and every time. Auto-generated responses on tickets submitted infuriate people, including myself, and they are never resolved to a satisfactory outcome. Hackers are not banned, glitches are not fixed, and compensation is not given. Promotions they do keep failing. Trials of the Blood Dragon for example, then they try to sweep it under the rug when things go wrong. Been waiting for nearly 2 weeks on a response to that mess of a promotion. Fortunately I love the Tom Clancy franchise, but I now, as along with many others, cannot assume that these games are going to be of the best quality when they come out, so I need to decide whether or not they are worth their price-tag. Please get your act together! EA are surpassing you in customer service now!

After the heavy rains, we realized a water spot on our bedroom ceiling. We logged onto Thumbtack. Within 20 minutes, I received a response from Thomas. He scheduled a free estimate appt for the next day. He took pictures of our roof and found 7 broken tiles and that most of the underlay needed to replaced. We set an appt but it rained for the next 3 days. Thomas was awesome in driving from a long distance to temporarily replace the tiles and affix a tarp over the overlay. We scheduled a return appt for 3 days, depending on the weather. Gratefully the rain stopped and Thomas and his crew replaced the temporary tiles and new overlay. I highly recommend Thomas and his crew for their kindness, professionalism and respect of our home. The cost was incredibly within our budget and we have peace of mind that the rain will stay on the roof and not through our bedroom ceiling.

Chase has the worst customer service and policy processes. I regret ever opening a business bank account with them. Their call center is clearly off shore as the phone lines sound crackly and every representative I speak to has a very thick Indian accent which is difficult to understand. Their phone lines constantly disconnect and no one calls you back. On their call canter waitlist they have a call back option, don't choose that because no one will ever call you back. Their fraud department holds onto YOUR funds (for TWO WEEKS) even though all checks and balances have been cleared and verified. Their process is not expressed to the customer and they don't even contact you through phone, text, or email to verify anything! There is zero correspondence with the client which is extremely frustrating wondering where you are in the process. Unfortunately it seems Chase uses your funds to accrue interest in one of their accounts for their gain, all the while you're unable to use your own funds to use or invest. They need to seriously improve their customer experience fast or businesses will move their money elsewhere.

Received a DNA test as a present. The process was quite slow and I kept receiving marketing from Ancestry during my wait. I now find the info I received is extremely limited unless I fork out for a full membership. Seems a bit of a rip off to me.

I've been purchasing from temu for a good couple of years and I think they are fantastic. I buy at least 3 times a month if not more, there great for sending items out fast and should you ever want to return it's never a problem and sometimes they refund you with the opportunity to keep the item this has happened loads. The quality of the item differs and in clothes it's not always the material expected but still quite good for the money. House hold and garden bits really good. To get the best prices you need to leave in your basket and you normally get an offer to have it reduced.

This is my second time using fandango and each time the volume for the movie did not play. two different movies two separate occasions many months in between. over an hour or more of wait time when calling customer service. i'm extremely disappointed in this service. children gets antsy. another family movie night spoiled thanks to fandango.

This is the worst language app I have ever used. Do NOT use it. The people who make it punish you if you get a certain number of answers wrong by not letting you finish the lesson and then your score and standing in rank suffers. The creators seem really EVIL to punish us kids trying to learn a language because of a few mistakes. Do NOT use this cruel evil app.

Really a difficult company to deal with. Their tech is really complicated and trying to talk with people in other countries to help - 2-3 weeks out when you need help is useless. If I knew of a better solution I would switch over in the next 5 minutes. This place really sucks badly. I actually hate the fact that I pay a huge amount of money for my companies phones with these absolute amazing clowns - I’m thinking of starting another company to compete with Zoom as we would completely destroy them. I’m going to look into it - will keep u posted
