DONE WITH DELL

I was advised that my computer would be delivered two days ago, and needed to be signed for. I stayed home Tues, and called Dell to give them instructions as to where to deliver the package as I was waiting at home. Gave them my phone number to contact me. Printed out a notification that said I was home to sign and gave further instruction on where to locate my apartment on the property, put that notice on my mailbox. That day I checked the status and the tracking stated that it was in my state on the way. Suddenly later in the day it notified me that it went further away, OUT of the state. Then, end of day Tuesday, I was told it would be delivered Wed. Stayed home all day Wednesday. No delivery and the next day I tracked it and tracking indicated it was on the way to me and that it would be delivered by end of day Thurs. Stayed home AGAIN ALL DAY THURSDAY! Midday on Thurs I checked on the delivery status received a notice they came at 12pm but delivery was possible as I was NOT HOME! No ticket left on door that they had come. Did not adhere to my instructions of where to knock on my door or even CALL when I had given them my phone number. NOTHING. After complaints I contacted Dell directly and was advised that they would "get back to me within 24-48 hours"!!!!! I also called Fed X about the issues and they told me that they were not able to reach the "third party carrier" and that they were not answering their phones or there were issues with their phones!!!!! Later I got a call from the third party carrier that a manager was on the way to deliver my computer in 30 minutes. Well 30 minutes turned into over one hour. I HAVE WAITED ALL DAY TUES, WED, AND THURS for a product I was advised would be delivered on Tuesday and that I would have to sign for. Dell has NO INTEGRITY any more. I have been a customer for close to 20 years. I'm DONE WITH DELL. I waited at home for three days and it has impacted my business AND MY WELL BEING. Dell does not deliver. They use Fed X which outsources to third party deliverers that DO NOT DELIVER. Are you really saving money by outsourcing and losing the quality of your customer service? Do you care ANY MORE? NOT.

Both my instagram and Facebook account…

Both my instagram and Facebook account were hacked with no easy way to contact either social media platforms for this to be corrected to then being sent a text message via WhatsApp to be told I had to pay £200 to regain access to my social media accounts I think it’s disgusting that this has even be able to happen and that it is not locked down better so hackers are not able to gain access to accounts with such personal details and pictures to then be used to some strangers advantage.
