I love Word Press.com. The support team is great, the site is easy enough for a beginner to have a professional looking website up relatively quickly and easily. Their tutorials are great and the forums have a lot of information. They also have a lot of theme's to choose from. I can't say enough - I love Word Press!
Review of surveymonkey
Non-existent customer service. No way to contact this company and, the phone number that you may finally find online for the UK, takes you to a housing company in Scotland who said they receive non-stop calls from dissatisfied customers and potential clients trying to speak to a human at Survey Monkey! The US phone number goes nowhere. Unacceptable.

I'm a long time blogger transitioning my personal blog to a business website. Neil's emails and his Youtube channel have been incredibly instructive in this process. I'm going back deep into my older content and applying what Neil has taught me about SEO in order to give that old 'classic' content new life and a broader exposure. I'm an Ubersuggest customer and am continually amazed at how useful it is to me. It's like having a savvy business partner that shows up and delivers value every single time.

I can no longer support Meta due to its decision to dismantle its DEI initiatives and equity-focused programs. For years, the company benefited from diverse voices and communities, yet now it has chosen to cater to political pressure instead of standing by its values. Additionally, Meta has a history of spreading misinformation and influencing elections in ways that undermine democracy. I refuse to continue supporting a company that disregards both equity and truth.

Review of bluehost
Second updated: the business continues to post an offer to help with no contact information in order to create an illusion and improve their score. Genuine concern for my review would come in the form of actual contact and not a generic post with no way to reach them. Additionally they already know the problem. I provided the full details and my domain. It’s all there. What is most disturbing now is now not the experience but their attempt to mislead the public that they “want to learn more.” Bluehost designed the system. They know.Fists UPDATE: Responded to email sent by TrustPilot to provide additional details (which allows them to post the content below) but what is not shared here is if the companies actually follow through. They have not. I can't lower the review but if I could I would. REVIEW: I purchased a domain and hosting to build a meaningful project. What I got instead:• Surprise upsells I didn’t ask for• A “free” domain that was anything but free• Google Workspace accounts applied to the wrong domains• Hours wasted in dashboards trying to fix problems they created• A support experience that felt like gaslighting by chatbotI had to fix their mistakes manually, cancel their “gifts,” and fight to get my own account back on track. If you’re someone who values transparency, clarity, or control of your own tools — this is not the platform for you.The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because I did manage to escape with my domain and dignity intact — but only because I knew what I was doing. This is my second experience being upsold products by bluehost- this time I realized it within moments and I was able to remove the charges because I responded within minutes of the transaction. The first time I was not so lucky, I bought all these services that I did not use, the agent verified that I never used them and they refused to refund me because the 30 day period I paid for was over. Companies need to build products that people buy because they are worth buying not because they make errors. Bluehost, do better. People are trying to build real things on your platform — don’t treat them like an upsell opportunity.

Review of xe
I have used xe.com a few times in the past. The process is straight forward and the transfer is easy to install. Rates are very competitive and there is no fee. On working days the money arrives quickly. I'm satisfied to use xe.com again in the future.

Review of Shopify
I am still owed 5x £25. I am owed this as it was taken in error. Remove my details from the 'other account'After months of messages shopify still seem unable to understand. THESE ARE NOT MY ACCOUNTS. I am not recieveing an email for any of the 'other accounts' as you put it MAX as they are not mine. I only had one account Why on earth would I want to reinstate my account. Shopify have taken months of emails and still not sorted out removing the 'other account' ??? In addition, there must be other providers that are more efficent that yourselves.

Review of foxnews
This used to be a go to neautral news source, now it's an asx kiss fest to trump and the fake news trump speaks of And the british import you sport gets so ahead of himself spewing bullshix he forgets where he is at.. fox is a joke and at over 4 decades as a viewer I actually opt for reruns rather than ugly attacks on just about anyone that is a democrat. Newsflash there's enough decent people to flush trump's vile hide down the shizzer and when the dust clears you will be lucky if your own employees watch this trash you dish out. What a pothetic display,, you should just call it the trump channel and drop the news thing and go full fictional drama..I have no problem with truthful reports about the president but this is just the same old tired self promoting babble that every republican and democrat judge in the nation has laughed out of what now 35 lost lawsuits. I mean it's bad that I leave the tv playing to keep my dog company when I'm gone but change it if fox is on. Goodbye to a once decent news cast. You will be replaced 6 months after biden takes office and as forgotten as the first president to go to prison when donald pays the piper.. shameful!!!
Review of expedia
Do NOT use this app for any hotel booking. Expedia just cancelled our booking which was made 1 year prior on 2/5/2024 and cancelled our PAID booking on 18th May 2025. Just 3 days before we are set to arrive in Langkawi! The reason? The hotel said the prices we paid were not the 'hiked up prices' that they want to use this week. How can Expedia even allow the hotel to cancel on us just 3 days before we are due to check in?? All because the hotel wants to play around with price hikes? The hotel is not contacting us back after claiming that they'll get the 'manager involved'. Expedia's help team is useless too. Their agent Kim Liang Ching actually said that we were the issue?! We wouldn't even know of the cancellation if we had not suddenly check our email. Kim Liang Ching even offered a reimbursement if we booked another hotel stay but it seems that is also another scam from Expedia. We cannot reach the agent and they are not responding to our emails. We cannot accept the hotel's reasoning for cancelling our paid booking knowing very well that no other hotel will be as available or as affordable. This hotel knew what they were doing and by playing with price hikes they simply cancelled on our paid booking. Expedia as accomplices allowed this to happen by cancelling our paid booking. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA. We are currently filing a case with the Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia under the ministry KPDN. I highly urge other people who have been mistreated by this unprofessional agency to do the same. Know your rights. Report them.

Review of google
I go into my business account and it asks me to get verified. When I click on the business name, it takes me to a public google search results page.I then click get verified and the only thing they accept is a video recording. when following through the steps, they expect people to complete the verification using a mobile device. How do people verify their business if they don't have a mobile device or a device that works with google? At least a competitor will allow business verification by mailing a post card to the business address. Google should allow this as an option, not make people buy specific mobile devices just to verify a business.

Love this online store! Super service, very friendly customer representatives, they will literally stay on the phone or in a chat window for hours solving issues if necessary until the customer is happy. Quick delivery, always perfect products, I would highly recommend!
