If I could give zero star I would - rude staff, laughable policy. These day and age having to go back to same store you bought the goods to get refund is a joke. I hope they go down the drain, they don’t deserve our money. No credit notes either. That shows they are desperate and will not survive long. Go to hell Uniqlo.

I had a pink 2 TB external hard drive that stopped working while under warranty. It also included data recovery services. I contacted them for help via chat and received excellent customer service to set up my claim. I sent in my hard drive with the label sent to me via UPS and they immediately sent me a replacement 2TB hard drive in black. No biggie on the color. I was told 30 days for data recovery to be completed. 30 days came and no update on my case. I chatted again and I was advised it's 30 business days. Again, with the holidays, no big deal. They ended up finishing the recovery by business day 25 or so and shipped me another hard drive with all of my data recovered. The hard drive I received with my recovered data has a larger capacity than my original one and is also black. Overall, I am extremely happy with the warranty program, services provided, and customer service. Chatting was very easy and they communicated well!

As others have said, signed up for a free one month trial so that I could read the rest of an article. Two sentences into the article it completely changed subject and wasn't anything like the title. Looked at the cancellation options, sent an email and got a reply 3 days later saying had to call them to cancel. In this day and age it is ridiculous that you cannot cancel a subscription online. Fortunately I was straight through to an agent and despite his best efforts to persuade me otherwise, after 5 minutes on hold he did cancel the subscription. I was given a cancellation reference and told I wouldn't be able to sign in to the account from that point on. I have cancelled the continuous payment authority in PayPal to be sure. After reading all the terrible reviews I don't trust them not to try and take payment. I would never consider subscribing ever again.

I was plenty happy with my website on Google domains before the galaxy brains at Squarespace took it over and now nothing works! I can't edit my DNS properly without 10 bugs cropping up and zero support. I look forward to ending my contract and never doing business with these lot.

Everything is wrong with this shitty app. Why did I get forced to update from the old mail app. That shit was lightweight, easy to navigate and user friendly. Feels like you're trying to go all apple on me and force me to use shit I don't want now i gave to spend hours trying to find something else!!! Waste of my time! Doesn't even deserve one star......

I had been happily shopping with Ebay for years without any problems. That was until I purchased a vr battery headset from an outfit called Excellentfactory. The product they sold me wouldn't work. They constantly pestered me to write a favorable review, which I obviously didn't give. I had been issued with the return details, and then I heard directly from Exellentfactory, telling me that if I changed my negative but honest comment, they would return payment, without returning the faulty product. I changed the negative comments as asked. On the 14th May, I received an email from Ebay saying ' Case closed '. I was dismayed by this, and contacted them. It now appears that I've been had, and Exellentfactory are anything but Excellent. They sell faulty goods under the umbrella of their cohorts at Ebay. So. Goodbye Ebay!

I was a Dasher and then I was not. I worked as a Dasher for a couple months . I liked it Butttt.... They had me on a beta version of the Dasher app and that thing would mess things all the way up it would cancel orders. Sent me to places the order had already been picked up . I spent a good part of time that I was dashing on the phone with Dasher support . But through all that I became a platinum dasher and was working on becoming a top Dasher. Then I refused one order cause it tried to pay me 3.50 to drive 9.7 miles to deliver then I would have had to do 9.7 miles back to my zone . The pay would barely cover gas then the bank statements would say a decent amount more then what I was actually getting . One said I made like 267 and I got maybe 100 of that . I reported it to Dasher support but its like they dont care . Im not even sure they would log the issues if so then the issues got ignored. Then one day I woke up and my account was deactived and I noticed messages about deliveries I never accepted . Tha beta version of the app has all kinds of flaws and needs to be discontinued . You should never use a tester app when its dealing with a business deal. That makes for really bad business. And to think I used to get mad at the Dasher when they would drop off at the wrong spot . I seen with my own eyes that the App makes them or it won't pay. So many times I would mark as dropped off at spot it suggested and then take the order to the right place my customers was alway very nice and appreciated my service. It would probably run smoother if it was not controlled by AI . The Ai makes all the choices . It's like you are working for a bot that dont understand Nashville traffic with as many times as it would try and get me stuck by Broadway on a Friday or Saturday. To the point I would leave Nashville and go a town over but it would always bring me back. The AI took me from Platnum dasher to deactived in less then a week . It's like it did not want me to do as good as I was . I am hoping they see their error and let me continue to make my customers happy I will start all over if I have too. I will be a top Dasher before I hit 3months.

Bought a shirt online. It's totally see through. No mention of that on the website, where it's pictured like a normal plaid shirt. In reality, it's sheer and very thin. Not what I expected or wanted. Plus, there's nowhere to write a product review on their site, so I can't warn others they're getting a summer blouse not a winter shirt.

I’ve just had an unbelievably frustrating experience with Uber Eats UK.I placed an order through the app, and the restaurant appeared to accept it. After waiting over an hour, I got a call from the delivery driver telling me the restaurant never actually accepted the order and had run out of the items I chose. When I asked to speak with the manager, they told me they couldn’t cancel the order from their side.Left with no choice, I had to speak directly with the restaurant and settle for a completely different dish — one I never wanted and that definitely wasn’t worth the £18 I paid.To make things worse, Uber Eats' support was absolutely useless. Just a stream of robotic, copy-paste responses with no real help or solution. And when I asked to cancel the order, they had the nerve to charge a cancellation fee — even though the issue wasn’t my fault at all.I ended up overpaying for food I didn’t want, with zero help from Uber Eats. This is not just bad service — it’s negligent and borderline unethical.I won’t be using Uber Eats again unless they fix their customer support and actually take responsibility when things go wrong.
