Review of envato
I've been an Envato subscriber since the very beginning, when they were Graphic River/Audio Jungle and have maintained that subscription for years. I recently had an issue where PayPal flagged the recurring Envato charge as suspicious and initiated a case, PayPal also locked my account for the same suspicious activity. I did not initiate the dispute nor was any information requested from me with respect to the dispute, however it shows that I was charged. Instead of Envato contacting me, when attempting to log in to the site, I was met with a message saying "We're sorry. Envato Elements is temporarily unavailable. We're working on getting it fixed." I assumed the site was down for days, so I contacted customer support asking when the site would be fixed. Keep in mind that there is no email or phone number to contact the company anywhere to be found, so you have to submit a ticket. I was told that they shut off my account because of a dispute and would not restore it until the bank lifted the dispute. I explained that I have no control over that process, that they need to respond to the dispute, and even provided them with my proof that the transaction was processed on my end. Nevertheless, they just refused, offering literally no way to access my account in any way. No offer to provide an alternate payment method, no grace period during the dispute, just an email saying that they'll only turn the account back on when the bank releases the funds, which could be 30 days or so.It's really been a horrible experience considering that I have no control over the process, I've paid hundreds of dollars to the company and been literally the most loyal customer you could be (since I've subscribed every month since inception) and yet just treated like garbage. Horrible, horrible experience with zero regard for their long-term customers.

I ordered a gaming mouse 9 days ago, there have been no updates on my order for that long. I called Logitech customer service (let me tell you it should be call LACK of customer service) and I've been on hold now for 26 minutes. I will hold as long as it take so I can cancel my order and I will NEVER do business with these jokers again. Do yourselves a favor and buy from another company that values its customers.

Ordered a Thinkpad Z13 which is sadly delayed due to a supply chain issue, which of course is out of Lenovo's hands. However, when reaching out to Lenovo to change the delivery address, as I am moving within the extended delivery period, this was deemed impossible by Lenovo support without cancelling and placing a new order. This in itself is no problem, however as I ordered the product doing the 'Black Friday July'-campaign, I am no longer able to get the product for nowhere near the same price as I first ordered. This means that I now might just have to cancel the order and go find another alternative.(Update: After 2 months of delay, the order has been shipped. However, customer support did compensate in an acceptable manner)

Week or so int buying Crocoblocks and I've so far used it to help build a variety of projects.Product seems pretty solid, support is so far excellent I've had to use live chat and support tickets a few times as I get to grips with the plugins, and everything has been resolved swiftly and expertly.Go for it!
Review of ulta
If I could keep all people from shopping at Ulta I would, you will regret it sooner rather than later. I just placed an order with Ulta and never received it. When I went to check it said delivered so I kept checking until I chatted with Ulta they said yup delivered to this address... I said what ? No that address is not correct it’s 4 years old! Yes that address was in my address book but I entered my address when I checked out my debit card has my recent address on it they couldn’t have charged it with my old postal code. I asked if they could replace or refund and they said no because they delivered successfully to that address. How do they know? They don’t. They asked me if anyone lives there! I emailed, called spoke to a supervisor tried to find a resolution at least an explanation as to why they chose to send to an old address that was NOT entered at checkout and all they will say is if I have that address in my address book its valud for them to use it! Buyer beware. I saw all these great reviews about Ulta but in reality I didn’t do my research in the right places. Sadly I went by what I saw on they’re website now I’m sure they clean it up. Please don’t waste your money at Ulta.
