I ordered a gaming mouse 9 days ago, there have been no updates on my order for that long. I called Logitech customer service (let me tell you it should be call LACK of customer service) and I've been on hold now for 26 minutes. I will hold as long as it take so I can cancel my order and I will NEVER do business with these jokers again. Do yourselves a favor and buy from another company that values its customers.
