They sent the trash and bricks instead of the product and when requested for return or refund for claiming the money back, they all rejected the claims without any justification or investigation. So many issues trying to re-subscribe. No matter what URL I try to go to, to login to my account it forces me to the 're-subscribe' page. Every time I enter bank details the page just stalls, never completing the transaction - tried 3 browsers on multiple devices over multiple days, same result. Today I even tried Edge in desperation with the same result.Started a LiveChat few minutes ago to resolve, they asked for IP address so I entered the URL they gave me to use to find that - which ended the LiveChat conversation . . . !?As a Digital Service Design professional I can see so many issues with their design / process flow I find it hard to believe Disney have even tested this stuff in the wild.Given up - promised my daughter we would subscribe for Christmas, but Disney+ made it impossible

Gone are the days when BuzzFeed was known for its ' which Harry Potter character are you ' type quizzes. Now it's replaced with shoddy journalism and attacks against anything which goes against their philosophy , altering titles , partisan content and zero fact-checking. The most annoying part is , when other news media use BuzzFeed as their reference making their entire article redundant of any quality or actual journalism.

Paid them months for a premium subscription without using it. When I went to downgrade to free right after my latest payment to them, I get prompted that the free subscription will start immediately with no refund. Not even letting me acces my premium features that I already paid for the rest of the paid period. This just show a malicious attitude they have towards their customers. Any other company knows how to refund for non used time, or keep functionality until the paid period is over, but not Atlassian. Going from "might use it again in the future", to "I'm now going to delete my account and data and never return". Way to go Atlassian, good job!

I love shopping at Target! It’s my go-to place for everything my family needs, especially for my daughter. The Target app is so easy to use. I can order toys and other things online and pick them up in the store. The staff at Target are always super friendly and helpful. They make it easy to get the things I ordered online. My daughter always finds something fun there, whether it’s a new toy or a cool craft. The only thing I wish they had more of in my local store is furniture. I like to see furniture in person before I buy it, so I wish they had more of it in the store. But overall, Target is my favorite place to shop!

Lyft support? ? ? 😂🤣👎👎🤮as a Canadian who has the highest and last class of driver's license (class one)! More than 17 years of driving experience, Boon has no accidents and no driving violations, not even a single fine in all these years! I was not accepted as a driver in the very poor Lyft company 😂🤣🤯🤮🤮their support service is nothing more than a ridiculous joke!!

Kroger has always had amazing customer service. Recently I noticed you had added a new sausage to your selection. Kiolbassa Beef sausage, is probably the best sausage I’ve ever had. With its high-quality meat, and being all natural, including the casing, it is everything a sausage should be. We tried both varieties, and are now a huge fan. Offered us individual pricing and promised it would take our costs down, in fact that increased our costs by 30%. When we reduced the amount of payments processed through them, they deactivated API without warning. We lost thousands of dollars before we could figure out where the bug was coming from. Never use Braintree.

My son purchased a pre paid credit cars at the store. It wouldn’t work for online purchases so I assumed where it was pre paid it simply wouldn’t allow online purchases. Ok, off to the store we go. Still gets declined! I call, the tech tells me it’s the magnetic strip. No, not accurate or it would still work on the online sites that don’t have the security measure and it won’t, nor in store. Now I speak to supervisor and she proceeds to tell me it’s the website security, then why will it not work in store?? This doesn’t make sense. The only solution they had was to keep trying the card, or have a new card mailed our that may or may not have the same issue. Then tried to re explain all of the things to me that I had just told her I knew, and continues to give the same reason and tells me that the card should be fine but if we mail another one, it’s the same problem!! Right!! Exactly my issue, and why I feel like neither of those are a solution.. I have never been this upset with customer service anywhere! They’re usually extremely helpful and solve my issue without me ever getting upset in any way shape or form, and they had me beyond upset. Still never got it resolved! So my son is out 40$ and now the card isn’t even valid!!! They cancelled it!! I wouldn’t recommend American Express to anyone!! At least not pre paid cards..
