Paid them months for a premium subscription without using it. When I went to downgrade to free right after my latest payment to them, I get prompted that the free subscription will start immediately with no refund. Not even letting me acces my premium features that I already paid for the rest of the paid period. This just show a malicious attitude they have towards their customers. Any other company knows how to refund for non used time, or keep functionality until the paid period is over, but not Atlassian. Going from "might use it again in the future", to "I'm now going to delete my account and data and never return". Way to go Atlassian, good job!
