So many issues trying to re-subscribe. No matter what URL I try to go to, to login to my account it forces me to the 're-subscribe' page. Every time I enter bank details the page just stalls, never completing the transaction - tried 3 browsers on multiple devices over multiple days, same result. Today I even tried Edge in desperation with the same result.Started a LiveChat few minutes ago to resolve, they asked for IP address so I entered the URL they gave me to use to find that - which ended the LiveChat conversation . . . !?As a Digital Service Design professional I can see so many issues with their design / process flow I find it hard to believe Disney have even tested this stuff in the wild.Given up - promised my daughter we would subscribe for Christmas, but Disney+ made it impossible
