Too Grown To Be So Immature

After being on hold for an hour Ms Stump @2:45 must have been having a bad day. She overtalked me. Did not give me a chance to finish answering a question. I had her on speaker my roommate witnessed how calm i was as opposed to how this lady talked down to me. She was very rude. This is not the first time I have encountered this. The IRS has the rudest customer service employees. no matter how nice you are to them they are nasty and degrading to the customer. I am sick of talking to people who think I have to be afraid to express myself because I have to pay taxes. We are adults and deserve mutual respect. If you don't like your job, seek another or get therapy. they should record and monitor every call! this is ridiculous.
