Never in my life have I ever seen a company's service as pathetic as Otto and its partners. I ordered a fridge, which by the way was 250 euro more expensive than available on other sites, 2 weeks ago. The delivery got postponed because of a lame excuse. After 2 weeks the fridge was supposed to be delivered today and I find out that the delivery service sent my item back to Otto as per my request. W T F!!!! I never told anyone to sent the item back for which I paid for. Just bs given my the Otto leadership taking their delivery partner (Hermes) side. Today I found out the reason they use Hermes as their delivery partner. It is because Hermes is a subsidiary of Otto. No wonder both the companies suck. Canceled all my orders with Otto. Thank you for nothing losersssss!!!!.
