Put in an order for repair of my laptop on the 6th of Dec, with the sales rep quoting 4-6 weeks' repair time. Collected the laptop on the 11th, and 2 weeks later was emailed saying that the repair will be delayed by a month to the 28th of Jan. Called them on the 29th of Jan for an update and was told that there was a new estimated repair date of 21 Feb. No clear end date in sight, while holding my laptop hostage. Only option was to have the laptop returned without the repairs done.
