The worst experience EVER!I wish I can give zero star here.Here is a story: decided to try a service for Apple watch I bough for my kid, but the service for watch does not work without a phone, so I decided I do not need that service (i did not activate that service, I did not use it a single second), tried to cancel it and was NOT able to do so!!! Went to customer support online, over the phone, two different stores and answer was the always the same - "Im sorry we are not able to cancel this service without passcode" (and thats after I provided all possible IDs - passport, SSN, driver license). So I decided to just remove my payment method from that NEWER USED service and guess what - ATT contacted me for no payments and threaten they will go to collectors. P.S Recommendations to ATT managers (PMs, TPMs, etc): learn the "breaking glass scenario" and implement it!P.P.SThe "breaking glass scenario" refers to a contingency plan that is put in place for emergency situations (ex: no passcode and client wants to cancel the service - they should able to do so!!!!)

It's been several times I have been scammed or given bad customer service by the delivery drivers. Attempts to scam or misplace the parcels, then I have to wait for days till the situation is solved and still missing my parcels.Amazon doesn't offer the option to complain about the driver's attitude, behaviour or to ask to either fire this driver or investigate the delivery with him. They are the main cause of your scams and you still did not develop an option for that. While contacting support when a parcel is missing, or the wrong item was delivered, please add an option to say something in regards to the drivers, as they are the main source of contact directly with the company. We understand you want to offer customer service at its best and send replacements, but make sure those drivers that committed these thefts and scams do not work for you anymore, as they ruin the image of the company.I am fond of Amazon, but today's scam just blew my mind on how little I can do in regards to complaining about the driver who scammed me in my face, and that I don't want to see again.Please make that option a valid complaint, as it is crucial for the image of the company.That is the reason I gave it 2 stars

CNN is now completely Time/Warner corp media rating drivin news agency. They swing both ways without asking or reporting anything. CNN provides absolutely nothing.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO PREMIUM AS YOU WILL STILL HAVE ADS FROM SPOTIFY DURING PODCASTS!!

I took the lesson wrong with Time zone of me. My tutor arrived the lesson and waiting for me wrong time. We couldn't meet each other for the first trial lesson. So i've taken the help of Preply team. They help me to get a lesson free again as a refund. Now i make sure choosing the right Time zone and book again. From my first impression, i really apprecite the Preply teamwork. it's completed smoothly.

Technical support USELESS.I wrote a previous review - this is an update...Bought an HP Omen - within the warranty period it stopped booting. HP took it away (good) and examined it. Stated 'motherboard fault' and out of warranty while still within factory warranty period! ~£600 repair required!!Escalated issue and Customer Support tried to contact me - stating a BIOS / Bitlocker password was the issue. Then claimed that BIOS is the motherboard! (Ignorant fools).Granted the tech people tried to contact me but I was left a message stating that the escalation was unsuccessful and I should book the machine in for the (£600) repair...They never actually asked me what the Bitlocker password or BIOS passwords were (not that I ever set a BIOS password)...Reset it myself by removing the CMOS battery. Easy.DO NOT BUY ANY HP PRODUCT. THE SUPPORT RIVALS AN ASHTRAY ON A MOTORCYCLE FOR USELESSNESS. The support people I had dialogue with were technically ignorant and clueless.THIS CROWD TRY TO CHARGE FOR STUFF STILL IN WARRANTY.I SHALL NEVER EVER BUY AND HP PRODUCT AGAIN. EVER.GO TO DELL OR PROPER SUPPLIER.Crikey, I also have Asus kit too - one calls, they answer, they provide support. Job done.STEER AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS.HP = USELESS.

Hi A&F and eShop world,As per A&F customer care agent advise I returned my order 20504182329 to A&F through Return / Exchange: 20504182329. The refund was sent to eShopWorld. eShopworld refuses to refund me although they did get the refund from A&F, and tell me to go ask A&F for a refund. A&F on the other end are sending me to eShopWorld. I have sent numerous mails to A&F CS, opened 2 chats and called A&F CS twice alredy. I have been provided different answers. As per my last conversation I was told that A&F payment team will reach out to me. So far nobody reached out to me. I have been told dedicated customer team will reach out to me, so far that has not happened either. Soon it will be a month since we are running thru the motions.But guess what I am so frustrated ta that point that I will keep asking for my refund no matter what so you could either handle that or we continue the cycle endlessly.

urban outfitters has to easily be one of the worst businesses i have ever ordered from, if not the worst. take this as a warning to never buy anything from urban outfitters if it is on back order. you are not getting your item. i ordered an album from them in march of 2020. the original ship date said march 30th. after i bought it, the ship date was immediately pushed back to may. i waited until may, then the day before it was supposed to ship it was pushed back to june by almost a month. i waited until june, then the day before it was supposed to ship, it got pushed back again to another date in june. i waited until then, it got pushed back again the day before it was gonna ship to another date in june. i waited until that date, and it got pushed back to july. i waited until that date, which was going to be tomorrow. and when i woke up this morning, it got pushed back to a later date in july. i would not be surprised if it got pushed back again. they don't know how to handle orders well and are still taking more and more orders for the album knowing they dont have the stock for it. i have been waiting close to 4 months for something that was originally supposed to arrive in 10 days. urban outfitters knows its a popular album and just wants to get as much money as they can from people. they don't care about shipping orders, they just want people's money. not to mention, their website is horribly designed and will show products that arent in stock and let you add them to your cart but only tell you they're out of stock at the checkout. i never want to buy from them again and neither do many other people by the looks of these reviews.

Dartford Tesla called me to tell me my vehicle would take 6 weeks “probably less” and despite spending nearly £100,000 all of my e-mails have been ignored, the call centre won’t answer my calls and I now find (at the 6 week point and having sold my last car) that it will not be ready until end of March 2020 “or some point in 2020”. I wouldn’t bother. Other electric cars are available where the concept of customer service is understood

After Biden's administration new law about giving back incentives to buy electric vehicles Tesla rose their cap prices so they would get every new potential purchaser's incentive pie. I wanted to get their long time wanted model Y, but seeing how price jumped from $$53k to $59k canceled my reservation losing $250 non-refundable deposit. Otherwise, $6,000 out of $8,000 incentive would end up in Elon Mask's pocket rather than mine.

I've been using SurveyMonkey for about 5 years now. Initially, it was great - easy to use and low cost. However, now they are limiting the times I can register my laptop with their system to 10 times. For security reasons, I clear cache on my browser multiple times per day. I will be out of registrations in about a month. Plus, they nearly doubled the monthly cost, from $29 to $53.There are many alternatives, so I'm looking to switch.

If no stars was an option, I would have chosen it. I guess that if everything goes smoothly, SeatGeek is as "good" as the other ticket resellers. Any time I have had needed the tiniest amount of support, they have failed miserably, ruined evenings beyond repair and caused ongoing frustration. I have come to believe that they have chosen this as a business choice. IE, it's not worth it to help the X% of transactions that go wrong. Well, also my decision to post this, and never consider them an option again.
