If no stars was an option, I would have chosen it. I guess that if everything goes smoothly, SeatGeek is as "good" as the other ticket resellers. Any time I have had needed the tiniest amount of support, they have failed miserably, ruined evenings beyond repair and caused ongoing frustration. I have come to believe that they have chosen this as a business choice. IE, it's not worth it to help the X% of transactions that go wrong. Well, also my decision to post this, and never consider them an option again.
