My account has been blocked and closed today with no warning. I have contacted the support twice and they exited the chat without providing any explanation. Very rude. I would be happy to pay a return fee if this is the issue, but being blocked as a criminal is something really really disappointing. They lost a loyal client.

Sad to have to write a bad review….we used to love traveling with Delta but their “customer commitment” has sunk dramatically. We booked a flight from Europe to America. First issue: they couldn’t find our payment and thus wouldn’t issue a ticket. After trying numerous times to call and contact a human, we could not. We used the web applet and every service agent tried to get us to purchase a new ticket by giving them our credit card through this online chat box! Finally we got Melissa who actually got up and found a way to help us and found our payment. Second issue, they utilize the Sky Alliance, so we paid Delta to fly but they put us on a KLM plane. Not a big deal to us at first however our flight back to Europe was cancelled by KLM. We contacted Delta and they originally tried to blame KLM and not help us rebook. Finally we got a rebooked flight with a layover (even though we paid for a non-stop) through Delta. We were not compensated whatsoever, not even a sky club pass for the hassle of a layover. Then, we were refused boarding in Atlanta due to covid-19 test issues (with CVS). Delta allowed us to fly from Chicago to Atlanta, but then refused us from boarding in Atlanta. So we got stuck and they originally tried to claim we flew with KLM so they wouldn’t help us. After arguing for a few minutes, they finally agreed to put us in a hotel for the night since it was their fault we made it to Atlanta. The service agent also took the opportunity to berate us about CVS not having our results in time (as if that’s 100% our problem…like we can go into the lab ourselves). Basically, they take your money, Offer terrible customer service, And use the sky alliance to shirk responsibility for the customers who pay DELTA for their flights. It wasn’t worth paying a little more just to go through Delta directly….save your money and use CheapOAir…..

We flew an international and domestic flight with Delta and found it all very easy and smooth although Altlanta airport was a bit of a nightmare before Chrsitmas! Staff, plane and food were excellent and gluten free options were Ok too. Films, entertainment were very good and everything worked. Had a last minute gate change/ short delay but other than that no problems at all.

The flight was pretty good but the luggage takes an unacceptable amount of time to get returned to the international terminal carousel. Often more than 1 hour. Truly sad and ruins the effort to beat Atlanta traffic by wasting tons of time waiting for luggage to appear. This is a repeated problem. Also, Delta needs lounge access in Dublin inside security /customs. Way too many passengers to deny them a lounge

I just want everyone to know that Vita, Mgr of Public Storage on DuraLee Lane in Douglasville is terrific. Even though she had other Customers she was patient & thorough answering my many questions about unit sizes and rates. I appreciate her positive attitude, knowledge and ability to make me feel confident about my selection. Her customer service was EXCELLENT! I’ll definitely refer other customers to her location. the worst wireless company!! I tried to join me and my family ($87 for three members). the first problem are the calls, when you call another number you have to wait 5 second before to hear the voice, the voice mail doesn't work properly. Data Internet is good but not unlimited bit cupped after 35 Gb. The customer care is embarrassing, they answer from India, they work as a robots. Not buy this service, keep away !!

I had no problems with this company while using the software. My subscription autorenewed and payment was take over 2 weeks before the renewal date, leaving me no time to cancel it before it was taken.I emailed to ask for the £74.99 back. After several days I was offered some deals to stay. I declined and said no, I'd like a full refund.Days went past again, and then I was told the money would be in my account within a few days.Now only half of the money has been refunded!So more time I've had to take to email again, wait again, etc, hoping for the whole amount back.Really poor service. I still haven't even reached my renewal date, so why is it so hard to get the money back for next year?

Bitdefender offert us a total securiy for my network. Its easy to work with and wenn running a few scans of all the ports it ddidnt find a way in even AI didnt. it monitors the systems well and in notifications you can clearly see what site caused problems and got blocked. The Vpn works wel and we like normal can use netflix etc. The customer service is within 24 hours adressing my problems 1 by 2 very efficcient.

Awful customer service.wait 4 hours to be connected to chat for no one to ever solve the problem. A lot of time waisting. Zara need to sort this. Didn’t receive my order but because it was marked as delivered they won’t do anything. Are you joking???
