I bought a ROG Stryx in 2023 and it has been nothing but a nightmare. It constantly overheats and crashes, and no amount of tinkering seems to solve the problem, which I have been told is probably due to high-powered chips packed too closely together (despite all the unused internal space) and poorly applied thermal paste. I've sent it back to ASUS twice for repair, a process which takes at least four weeks and requires the machine to be shipped too and from Croatia, and all they have done is a factory reset and reinstall the BIOS, wiping everything on the machine (it's backed up but still a pain). It's just a crap product sold in bulk by a company that has no commitment to service. I wish I had never bought one of their products and, judging by their Trustpilot score, so do far too many other people.

Wordpress.com refuses to have a supervisor contact me.We paid for the business plan for 3 years! Their videos have a playback problem that they cannot fix and in the process of this they tell us that our videos (that no longer played) were a violation of their terms of service and deleted our website. They then withdrew our year of credit that we had been given in lieu of a refund for all the years of videos that didnt work on their platform anymore. So they took $300+ from us.Furthermore, the links they provide us have not worked to retrieve our website or media files. The TOS team acknowledged this and provided me with more links that dont work. Then I requested our images and videos at least be sent to us in zip files. They did this but did not include our videos. I ask again for our videos and I get sent another link that does not work. All the while they fight that they do not owe us the money for our year of credit. We were paid up until 2022! Also, when they decided that we "violated terms of service" they removed us as the business plan and stuck us on a free plan (regardless of the fact that we had a paid business plan for 3 years and another year and a half still paid for in future service).. this meant we could not access LIVE CS SUPPORT so that they didnt have to deal with the problem in real time. Their phone number takes you to a message and hangs up on you. The only way to contact them is via email whenever they get around to answering you.They are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and they are STILL not providing us with our video files (many of them as we were an entertainment website) and our refund of our year credit!This is unbelievable!Wordpress.com is the worst!I've asked for a supervisor to contact me more than 6 times and I have yet to get one.Worst business ever!Please have a supervisor contact me. I'll be in touch with the BBB and paypal!You are stealing our media and our money over bogus allegations. Why does wordpress not believe in allowing their customer of 3+ years to speak with a supervisor when the provlem is clearly not being resolved. This doesnt just go away when you take people's business and money!

I started using tik tok during the pandemic as it was full of useful support and comedy and connected people in a time when we could have no human contact. It is now full of bull@#!t information with side hustle after side hustle crap and adverts with links trying to get you to spend your money on stuff which will never come. There is no easy way to make thousands in a few hours just get off your lazy back sides and get off your phones if you want to be a success because i for one am sick of having you rammed down my throat

LG has the most dishonest customer service. LG products won’t last long and no matter what you buy stove, TV, fridge, dishwasher or washer they are all defective. My LG stove broke after 2 years, fridge after 5 years and when the client has to deal with LG customer service this client won’t get any support. They hang up the phone, put you on hold for 3 hours, lie and don’t do anything to help you. BUYERS BE AWARE AND DON’T BUY ANY LG PRODUCT. LG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. KNOWINGLY SELLING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS TO THE PUBLIC IS A FRAUD.

Regarding Kitchen Cabinet Delivery: Our experience with the planning service and with IKEA in general has been excellent. Peak Delivery Inc. was tasked with the delivery. Upon arriving, the drivers refused to deliver our kitchen cabinets to the room we had cleared for them. It was a straight, open pathway from the truck to the cleared out space. The drivers insisted that they wanted to leave the goods in the garage, where they might be susceptible to water damage. They were going to drive away with our cabinets still in the truck, until we agreed that they could leave the goods in the garage. They said they were physically incapable of taking the boxes to the agreed upon spot. So, my husband and I started doing the heavy lifting and moved the boxes from the garage as they were placed down, to the designated room. When we asked the Peak Delivery Inc. drivers how elderly customers fare with this type of service, or how they deliver to people living in apartments, they told us that IKEA does not deliver to apartments. This was a case of complete laziness. Instead of a nice tip, they have dissatisfied customers. Well, at least we got our steps in.
