I had no problems with this company while using the software. My subscription autorenewed and payment was take over 2 weeks before the renewal date, leaving me no time to cancel it before it was taken.I emailed to ask for the £74.99 back. After several days I was offered some deals to stay. I declined and said no, I'd like a full refund.Days went past again, and then I was told the money would be in my account within a few days.Now only half of the money has been refunded!So more time I've had to take to email again, wait again, etc, hoping for the whole amount back.Really poor service. I still haven't even reached my renewal date, so why is it so hard to get the money back for next year?
