Wordpress.com refuses to have a supervisor contact me.We paid for the business plan for 3 years! Their videos have a playback problem that they cannot fix and in the process of this they tell us that our videos (that no longer played) were a violation of their terms of service and deleted our website. They then withdrew our year of credit that we had been given in lieu of a refund for all the years of videos that didnt work on their platform anymore. So they took $300+ from us.Furthermore, the links they provide us have not worked to retrieve our website or media files. The TOS team acknowledged this and provided me with more links that dont work. Then I requested our images and videos at least be sent to us in zip files. They did this but did not include our videos. I ask again for our videos and I get sent another link that does not work. All the while they fight that they do not owe us the money for our year of credit. We were paid up until 2022! Also, when they decided that we "violated terms of service" they removed us as the business plan and stuck us on a free plan (regardless of the fact that we had a paid business plan for 3 years and another year and a half still paid for in future service).. this meant we could not access LIVE CS SUPPORT so that they didnt have to deal with the problem in real time. Their phone number takes you to a message and hangs up on you. The only way to contact them is via email whenever they get around to answering you.They are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and they are STILL not providing us with our video files (many of them as we were an entertainment website) and our refund of our year credit!This is unbelievable!Wordpress.com is the worst!I've asked for a supervisor to contact me more than 6 times and I have yet to get one.Worst business ever!Please have a supervisor contact me. I'll be in touch with the BBB and paypal!You are stealing our media and our money over bogus allegations. Why does wordpress not believe in allowing their customer of 3+ years to speak with a supervisor when the provlem is clearly not being resolved. This doesnt just go away when you take people's business and money!
