We faced a crisis and had missed our flight and booked with Agoda last minute and accidentally booked for three people when we are only two. We tried to cancel the booking minutes after we booked it but Agoda denied our request. We tried to amend the booking to only two people but again they denied our request. This is completely unacceptable and they are clearly trying to take advantage of us in a bad situation. They have no reason to deny our request as we tried to cancel minutes after making it. I have been forced to escalate the situation with my bank. Do not trust Agoda as they will NOT accommodate your needs and they will take advantage of you in a bad situation.
