Account closed for no reason.March 2022 I opened the account to be able to use the SMS reception service and verify an account and not give my phone number (for privacy reasons), at the first credit card deposit they asked me why I wanted to use their service and if I were a company, I replied that I was a private individual and the reason for registering.They approved my deposit and activated the service, great right?The service works badly, 5 out of 6 sms don't arrive but it was okay it was an occasional use.2 days ago I received an email from them with the closure of the account, they tell me that they do not offer services to individuals and without other reasons, I no longer have access to the account.I asked to reactivate my account for 24 hours so that I can access my account created with the twilio number and replace the number, otherwise I lose access to the account, they replied no.Lost account, lost money.BAD EXPERIENCE.

IWe had a 1800 bucks delivery scheduled from Ikea with the rxo compagny. We received 3 text messages to say that our delivery was confirmed with a time frame. After a while the delivery guy didn't shows up. When we called Ikea and the delivery company (RXO) they didn't bother to explain why they didn't come of just offer us a new delivery, 10 DAYS LATER. We had bed frame and mattress in this delivery, so we had to bought air mattress for this 10 days and live without any furniture because of them. And of course no refund a commercial gesture. Don't ask for a delivery with Ikea and RXO, it is a nightmare.

Waiting for an hour on the phone to ask why I have not received my products more than two weeks after ordering and paying for them and not being contacted is very poor service !!! Their products are “ok” for the cheap enough price but service is BAD …. not due to those who actually work there but to the massive company which does not provide enough service. IKEA you are a huge company so splurge more on serving the customers that you depend on !!!!!!!

FedEx expects you to be at your door 24/7 for a week to receive the package. They will send a expected delivery time, a period of 7-10days, for you to wait at the door, not even bathroom break I belive. Then call just when they are at your building. If you can't show up to receive in seconds, the package is gone, delayed for another few days to a week, or you can driver to their center to pick up.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. First, when I bought my GoPro HERO 9 Black, they lost my Package, and didn't want to pay back my 50$ that I have spent on their subscription that I only needed to get discount on the action camera. Recently, I've bought a SanDisk Extreme v30 A2 micro-sd card with 512gb on it. I've tried to let it work with my GoPro, but it didn't work, however it says that the max in my GoPro is the capacity of the sd card. On other devices it worked well, and it might be the problem of the action camera at itself. I've contacted GoPro, but they didn't give any answer, and just replied with the same what I've written, like check if it works with your pc, however I said that I've tried that to. And now it says that the solution is accepted, but NOTHING IS ACCEPTED. It's the worst service that I've seen in my WHOLE LIFE.

I bought GTA 5 in late 2022 - early 2023 sometime and today when I went to play it won’t work so I decided since I already paid for it I should be able to download it again after uninstalling the game, so I tried but it seems now I have to pay AGAIN for the game even though I already bought it. When I called customer service the 2nd time since the first person said * I can’t waste anymore time on this* and hung up. After I called the 2nd time Julia was really nice unlike the first time but she also didn’t help she said the same steps as the last one but unlike last one she called the higher ups and tried helping but after I answered a few questions she hung up.
