Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. This company sold my daughter two $100 gift certificates and won't let me use both to purchase the print I've wanted for years (and for which my daughter bought the gift certificates). They won't give us a refund, nor will they respond to emails any longer. In a nutshell, we blew $200 with this company and cannot purchase the one thing we wanted. I went to BBB's website to file a complaint and found HUNDREDS of other complaints. Not a trustworthy company. And they seem to care very little about customer satisfaction.

Review of logitech

BEWARE

I thought I was safe ordering products adding up to almost £1000 direct from the manufacturer but no!They took the money on completion of my online order and that was the last I heard for a week or so, during this time the money was returned to my account, after several emails (as their contact numbers don't work) I decided to cancel the items, assuming they must be out of stock, again via email and source the items elsewhere.Yesterday I receive an email saying the items were on the way and today I get a notification from my bank warning me that I am overdrawn due to a payment being taken by Logitech! Then the items turned up and I told UPS to please return them as they were cancelled, which they did. On contacting Logitech AGAIN they tell me they are sorry but no refund will be issued until the items are received back to the warehouse although they were never delivered or opened and then told that after they receive the items (5-7 days) it will be a further 2 weeks before the refund is released. So I have 3 weeks on the lead up to Christmas with a hugely overdrawn bank account and accompanying charges to deal with. Thanks Logitech you've just lost another customer.

lenovo is trash dont buy because

ok so i had a lenovo 520 and it suck when i bend the laptop i hear a loud crack so i told lenovo service and told me to wait 3 weeks but my warranty only covered 2 weeks so i was at hold for 3 hours and when they answered they were screaming at me for asking complicated things and they said that i am a waste of time. so i waited another 1 hour to talk to another employee to be fair he wasn't really that bad but he scammed me and told me to buy a new lenovo laptop that is 2000$ lenovo 930 c 1 tb i couldn't afford it so i asked for more affordable options or fix my laptop. so they said they will repair the laptop between 2 - 10 days. so i gave them my laptop and shipped it they took 1 month to confirm that it arrived then another 5 month for it so finish repairing they said it had a cracked screen and no keyboard keys they lied i was calling them each week and waited 3 hours each time on hold so i waited in total 60 hours in hold for nothing because when it arrived the screen was still cracked and the screen was changed to a lower quality and the keyboard key were still the same because of the stickers i put they were still there so they lied on me twice and still it made that cracking noises so after that i brought a macbook pro 16 inches and it was 1000 time better and faster it had better quality

I just called about and over due amount…

I just called about and over due amount that is showing up on my bill that was paid via B-pay 4 weeks earlier, only to be told by Prevy the phone assistant, that this was showing at their end however they didn't handle the B-pay it was a bank matter, When I proceeded to ask her why it was showing up at her end and not being delt with by Telstra, as this would be something that needed to put on my account as being paid, The kept repeating the same thing over again. I wanted to ask her questions she proceeded to override me and I asked her not too. She then proceeded to say I'm talking and your being rude. I asked to speck to someone else and she refused to put me onto someone else and told me she wouldn't tolerate me talking over her and hung up. This is a disgusting attitude to have with customers, especially of 23 years of service. I have never had an issue before. Customer has the right to speak and ask questions without being cut off. She could of put me onto someone else with understanding of customer service. Continued... I called the bank to find out, turns out it was paid , and on my previous Telstra bill was paid. If only the previous lady had taken the time to listen and look at the bills, I wouldn't be having to call banks back to cancel a dispute resolution. The next sales lady found the payment and sorted it out for me. thank you Kylie. (Frustrated customer.)
