Their customer support is wack I called twice and neither of those people were able to help me. I bought GTA 5 in late 2022 - early 2023 sometime and today when I went to play it won’t work so I decided since I already paid for it I should be able to download it again after uninstalling the game, so I tried but it seems now I have to pay AGAIN for the game even though I already bought it. When I called customer service the 2nd time since the first person said * I can’t waste anymore time on this* and hung up. After I called the 2nd time Julia was really nice unlike the first time but she also didn’t help she said the same steps as the last one but unlike last one she called the higher ups and tried helping but after I answered a few questions she hung up. Like get yourself together Microsoft
