I was told back when I had my Xbox 360 I would never run into an issue getting achievements (I'm an achievement hunter) my gamer score is 152,039. I found out today that I was lied to by Xbox Support! If the game isn't on a server or anything they tell you that it's not their problem and that you have to call the game creators to have them fix the issue. I'm seriously thinking of selling my Xbox series X and getting a PS5!

I recently purchased Dead Rising 3 Apocalypse Edition from Monthly deals on the Xbox one store for £23.99. I checked my account a week later and the usual price of £39.99 had been taken out of my account. I tried contacting them with no response. I'm disgusted, I feel like I've been stolen from.

The new setup is awful. Lonely planet books used to be my travel bible but the copy I got most recently (Vietnam 2023) is more or less worthless as a travel guide. There are heaps of pictures, which is nice per se, but no useful information. What little information you get is superficial and inadequate. This company will rapidly be loosing their former inpeccable reputation.

I have been using Duolingo for a very long time now and it helped me to learn a lot of languages, however the latest update has completely destroyed what made it so good for language learning! The graphics are distracting, the path system, rather than motivating me to continue makes me wonder why I even bother as it drags on longer and longer and I feel like there is no progress. Courses which I had nearly completed are suddenly back to teaching me such basic phrases that I got bored instantly. Duolingo used to work, thousands are saying the same thing and until the company listen, they have lost me and many other of their previously loyal users.

Despite an order confirmation email, when goods did not arrive, Crocs claimed my online order had failed. Nothing they could do except I had to reorder. I did complain by email, but never got a response. I reordered and now their delivery company note twice that they cannot deliver as “consignee has gone away”. Crocs customer service advice is for me to contact the courier, whose details I don’t even have. I have now requested a refund, but given other reviews here, I have little hope of seeing my money! I love the product, but won’t be ordering again.

I was delighted to find a wonderful production - Becoming Elizabeth - on channel 4. It far outshone anything done by BBC and even films I have seen on the subject.The acting was amazing and the characters really came to life. I could really feel the atmosphere of the time and felt that a lot of things, like the character of Mary and Edward were gone into.Imagine my rage to find the next series had been cancelled ( not by channel 4 ).Why, why, why???

Great task assignation tool but HORRIBLE horrible customer attendance. No issuel been solved, when updating the plan commercial team did not contact us even after 2 months and complete ignorance and basic templates instead of personalized replies from Customer Support team.

I've been hosting a couple of recent online meetings (circa 85 people) lately and the software experience was good. I didn't need the subscription this month, but forgot to cancel it. Contacted support and they have refunded within a few hours. I will be back as a paid user later in the year.

I ordered a pair of pants and was double charged. Tried to find a phone number to call and have the error corrected. There is no number, and if you ask for a refund online you have to wait several weeks to get your money back. This is a ridiculous online problem that needs to be corrected. Or do you do it so that your customers cannot ANNOY you. I certainly hope I still get the pants.

Do not use Macy's International orders.Macy's international orders switch from Macy's to Borderfree. The additional costs are not transparent and will hike. The service is slow (5 business days without processing). When you look for a solution Borderfree says Macy's and vice versa. Trying to fix an issue will result in hours of transfers, ambiguous answers, and lost time.
