Scammed me! Sent wrong item, even went against the rules, but that’s ok, apparently.

Purchased an item, the seller broke the TOS to send me a similar (cheaper) item from amazon, and yet ebay says it’s ok! Even tho the TOS says no, ebay sided with them! I lost $44 for a $30 item I DID NOT WANT. Scammers.

Bought "ChatNet

Bought "ChatNet - PHP Chat Room & Private Chat Script" back in 2021 and the dev promised to add "Video and Audio Calls with WebRTC" in the next update which I was told will be "within a couple of weeks". I should have realised this was a lie as the software hadn't been updated since its launch in 2020. Almost 4 years and no update. CodeCanyon continue to remove my comments and reviews because they don't like anything negative, they are only interested in sales. The dev lied about updates to make more sales. I will not buy anything from CodeCanyon again, they are greed driven liars.

they dispatched my order via the spanish correos - not an actual delivery company, and the spanish correos lost it or something. amazon.es told me they will arrange new delivery - they lied. 3 days i spent with their chat agents and they all lied to me, and all excused the other agent saying that they 'regret' misinforming me. WHERE IS MY FU.... PACKAGE?

I had a question about a recent update…

I had a question about a recent update to MacOS that broke a feature in Dashlane. It wasn’t a desperate inquiry, and the customer service agent got back to me within 24 hours with a complete explanation of what is going on and their specific plans to provide a fix as soon as possible. He also extended my subscription for a time as this is accomplished. I don’t have any issues at all with DL on IOS. The problem with Safari on MacOS is still not a huge deal, and it is easy to still access all my passwords, just takes a couple more clicks. I can live with that for a couple of months in order to continue using this secure and intuitive password manager. I and other family members on my account have enjoyed the features of Dashlane, and have had no security problems with it (unlike some of its competitors…) They are always working to improve the speed and seamlessness of this product and it is unusual to see any issue that moves it backwards; but this was not their fault and I am confident that this will be addressed soon as promised. The minor issues only affect Safari for Mac and changing browsers is an option that will eliminate the issue if one is not as patient as apparently I am.
