Absolutely archaic system with no support from customer service, if you can even find the contact form. Once you do, they won't be happy. When you're grading your peer's assignments the grades don't show so people start to think you haven't reviewed them. The system repeats comments you've made; it keeps deleted comments up and attributes empty streams to you. It's almost impossible to contact customer service about these issues. When I finally got hold of customer service to ask them to take the repeated and incorrectly attributed posts down, they kept chopping and changing who was dealing with me. They asked me to send screenshots and then refused to read them and then bizarrely told me they don't grade assignments. Coursera's customer service team is unprofessional and goes out of their way to be unhelpful.

I just hate how after spending $800 on a single course, they have technical issue and because of which I had to pause it and subscription got ended. They promised me 18 days back but after I lost subscription it is like a maze even to find support email and no one gives a damn.I was stuck at last part of last assignment. But no one seems to care.Forget my refund they are not even resolving the issue so that I can finally get a certificate.

Oh and the best part you can’t cancel your card or account.RUN AWAY from this scam company.Update* they said to reach out via email and automated message. The automated message system never lets you speak to a rep and instead makes you go round in circles with articles. When you try to email them they take forever and then the agent auto closes the chain so they don’t have to deal with it. Coinbase would never do this.

I am reticent to write this review, because I genuinely think IKEA has some wonderful products and their showroom is amazing, but the customer service is dire.I had an issue a few years back regarding part delivery of a sofa. I took a day off for redelivery of the missing part but it still didn’t come. I then had to take another day off, go to a showroom and wait two hours whilst someone signed it off to get the final part of the sofa, that I had bought.The reason for this review is that I bought two wardrobes around six years ago. The wardrobes are great and have lasted, but the backs of the wardrobes haven’t survived my last move unfortunately. I went onto live chat during my lunch break to see if I could BUY (not blag for free) two new backs for the wardrobes and some nails. I am offering to buy something that they will have in every warehouse up and down the country.I was asked for an all the details of my original order, which I don’t have due it being six years ago. The advisor then said my purchase fell outside the guarantee and that he could not help. I re-emphasised that I do not want these items for free, I will pay for them (and delivery. And for the damn nails, of which they will have millions lying around) but he said they don’t do that.I was then told the only solution is to buy two new wardrobes (in order to get the two backs in need for the wardrobes I already have). Honestly, no word of a lie, that is the only solution offered.I just don’t understand, ikea has a wonderful concept and great buying experience but the customer service afterwards is awful. I’ve spent £,000’s with them over the years, even after my first issue, but now I won’t. I’ve literally got a list on my table (also from ikea) of 10 things I was planning to get from them for my upcoming move.A real let down and a shame.

No one responded to my initial request. I tried to book someone myself, but she could not see the booking. Therefore I just canceled the entire thing and decided to book her personally via text. She changed her price after she told me the fee. And she decided to tack on a $30 gas fee despite the fact that she should be in my area according to her profile. I’ve never heard of such a thing, so I cancelled that too and we decided to stay put for the evening.

I had clover for 10 years because they are my bank merchant service. One day I noticed my machine didn’t close the batch automatically like it should. As a result I received almost $20k charge back transactions. I contacted clover , they blamed me for not closing the batch every day however it should close automatically by it self. Stay away from this company
