The worst customer service I've ever had

I ordered a pair of pants and was double charged. Tried to find a phone number to call and have the error corrected. There is no number, and if you ask for a refund online you have to wait several weeks to get your money back. This is a ridiculous online problem that needs to be corrected. Or do you do it so that your customers cannot ANNOY you. I certainly hope I still get the pants.
