Despite an order confirmation email, when goods did not arrive, Crocs claimed my online order had failed. Nothing they could do except I had to reorder. I did complain by email, but never got a response. I reordered and now their delivery company note twice that they cannot deliver as “consignee has gone away”. Crocs customer service advice is for me to contact the courier, whose details I don’t even have. I have now requested a refund, but given other reviews here, I have little hope of seeing my money! I love the product, but won’t be ordering again.
