Departure date of flight got delayed one-sided by one day by Emirates. I cancelled the flight. It took over 7 months (and a lot of chats, emails, visits to their office) to get the refund. They refunded to the wrong person. Never again.

Booking.com confirmed my booking on their App they took payment but no booking was held by the hotel. As the hotel was full and so were all local hotels we were stranded. Ringing them is a nightmare they have refused to refund my money and I had to pay for another hotel with parking fees.Their customer service is shocking and they will not allow complaints. I have resorted to the BBC Rip off Britain

I felt let down by amazon for letting a non-genuine third party seller to operate on the platform. I guess Jeff Bezos spending too much time on luxury yachts and houses drinking custom made tequila until its platform getting worse and worse. I've been waiting for money back for sometime now. I'm not surprised, one day China based e-commerce merchants will conquer the whole lot.

Really really bad experience. Ordered an air purifier to help with allergies, two weeks of chasing them for updates, told its been sent but they've made an error and don't know where the parcel is. They've now cancelled the order but they are not refunding me for 10 working days. I can't order another purifier until I get my refund. Getting hold of them is a nightmare and the web site just sends you round and round on circular links.

I actually used this service over 3 years ago at college freshman and sophomore years and I loved it then. Now it's practically replaced by constant AI slop and there hasn't been any great help if you asked new questions. The price has also seemed to increase with that and their instant answer feature now feeds off of their AI as well, practically unusable

Bol.com believes impossible (fraudulent) pictures from (known to be shady) repair company over their long time customers to avoid needing to take any action to compensate customers for the loss of products bought from them. Don't ever buy anything here that would be costly to replace if anything goes wrong cause they won't help you.

I preordered a Samsung S24 Ultra in January and as part of the offer I was due to receive a Galaxy Watch 6. My order turned up without the Galaxy Watch 6 but on the packing slip it referenced the Watch. After getting in touch with Samsung to ascertain when the rest of my order would arrive they conducted an investigation as they said the watch was packed as part of the packing process. I was sent some bogus inconclusive photos from their supposed CCTV showing a phone and watch on a bench then a DPD parcel packaged up. I requested that the CCTV footage be provided so that I could raise a case with the Police but they also denied this request. After a lot of back and forth Samsung have upheld their original decision which is to not provide me with the Smart Watch that was meant to be part of my order.I feel violated and cheated that Samsung have not upheld their part of the bargain. I've been a user of Samsung devices for the last 10 years but the S24 Ultra despite being a very capable device will be my last from Samsung. Having typed a few words into Google, I've found that this issue with Samsung happens quite frequently and similar to my case they are happy to fob off customers so please be wary because purchasing from them in the future.A very disgruntled and angry ex Samsung user.
