June 1, 2018 we ordered three brand new customized E575 laptops. The units took OVER A MONTH to arrive... defective. After many hours on the phone with technical support, we were finally informed that the units had defective motherboards due to old parts been used in production to fill the order. Our case has been repeatedly ignored over the past five months.As of today (11/12/18) We still have three employees working with limited functionality on these defective machines. And no response from Lenovo except to pay more for the newer model.If I could put zero I would.

The Heatsource Ltd are an outstanding company. They handled our planning, installation and commissioning impeccably. They are professional, personable and extremely helpful and therefore represent very good value for money. On every occasion they visited us at each stage of the complex process they were reliable, efficient and patient.We have installed solar panels, battery storage, water heater an EV charger and associated cabling and units.We are delighted and recommend them very highly.
