Review of asus

Ridiculously incompetent.

This company is absolutely horrible to work with. They do not allow any other computer repair companies to purchase their parts so they are the only ones that can fix your computer. Their website customer service menu and chat does not work and takes you in a neverending loop. When you speak with customer service on the phone, the representative LITERALLY says the same thing over and over again. My issue has been "escalated" 4 times, yet I have never received a phone call back even though their "notes" say that some tried to call, but couldn't leave a message - an outright lie. The departments will not communicate or share information and do not do what they say they will do - i.e. call to verify the address before shipping the computer back to us. I paid for expedited return shipping after the repair, but it was sent Ground anyway and I have not received my money back. As for the computer itself, we purchased it in January and it stopped working within 3 days; it was replaced by Best Buy and it has been less than 6 months and it is broken again. I still have not received it after the repair. I will NEVER purchase an ASUS product again.

Getting a proper authentication for MailerLite email delivery.

Getting a proper authentication to continue using MailerLite was very difficult for me. Online guidance was not detailed enough and it was very easy to make a mistake. Thanks to the MailerLite representative who helped me, I was finally able to get MailerLite working again. She continued to answer my emails and give me step-by-step instructions until the system was working perfectly.

Worst customer service I’ve ever…

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 1) my order was supposed to be delivered today. I reached out via the chat app AND via text when no one responded via chat. No response for 10-15 minutes. 2) would NOT cancel my order. The app, chat, and text said the order was to arrive today. However, it hasn’t even shipped yet. Yet, they can’t cancel the order because it is “prepared to ship.” This is straight up fraud. I will be filing a chargeback and disputing this entirely fraudulent experience.

Scheduled call for several questions

Had a call scheduled at 10am and I was called on the dot at 10. Rosalie B started the call by asking what our business was how we got paid and by whom did we have any other source of income etc which gave her an understanding of what we did so she could show me the best way to input things. She took over my computer remotely and we went through my questions bit by bit as I did the work so I knew exactly what to do. I was given time to write things down, go back over something if I needed more explanation. She was very clear and concise and I learnt a lot from our call and wouldn't hesitate now to contact Quickbooks to ask a question. Excellent Service!

Expedia changed the dates on my stay

After travelling over 24 hours from Germany back to the US, we missed the connection back to our home city. So at 1am, all hotel rooms seemed booked. I needed something in Charlotte, so I tried different options. At some point the app said I HAVE A ROOM FOR YOU, and I was SO RELIEVED only to get to the hotel, find out they were booked solid and the dates for the room I had booked were IN TWO WEEKS. The Marriott was kind enough to cancel and refund the money... to Expedia -- who did NOT refund me the money for the hotel I booked because Expedia changed the dates on me at 1am in the morning.

This is absolute garbage. They have given me three listings for the same person so we never know where links or photos have been sent too without checking in all the accounts and once found the link won't open without it being copied and pasted in a browser. Plus the audio keeps fluctuating. Good bye Teams, I'm off to someone else.

Go Wix or Shopify or basically anywhere…

Go Wix or Shopify or basically anywhere else but here. Nothing integrates right and that includes the products they push. This has been a nightmare every step of the way and yesterday they took it to a whole new level. I finally was all setup through Square payments and then *poof* it just stopped working after a few days. Supports response? "We're having an issue with some payment portals and that includes Square. We suggest you setup a different payment provider in the meantime." As if setting up a new provider is as simple as clicking a button...I asked when the issue began and they gave me a date of a week prior! One week with their "engineering" team on it 24/7 supposedly and they STILL don't have it fixed. Insane. The instant I have some extra cash flow to hire someone to seamlessly move me I'm gone. Keep scrolling to see all the 1 star reviews. That's literally all I see and for good reason.

Made an Order with expedite deliver, which is use to be delivered on 5th August 2019, but on 7th August after making so many calls ans wasting time with Customer care, they are saying can't fulfill the order will provide the refund, whats the hell then Why they wasted My 2 days and charges extra for expedite delivery? Worst experience ever.

Okay overall, but can definitely be confusing

The website is useful for checking on service announcements, changing profile stuff, etc. However, if you have a real problem it is very difficult to find help. You know when you run a troubleshooter in windows and it fails to find a solution? Xbox.com is exactly like that. I have spent well over eight hours trying to find a way to accept the new terms of service for a child account, and after finding absolutely nothing on the website, nor a place where I could talk to a real human being, I found the solution. I had to borrow a second Xbox controller, then sign in to both the account I was trying to accept changes on, and the parent account. To sign in to the parent account, I had to use an "app password," a random string of numbers and letters buried deep under "Your Microsoft Account Security Information." Only after both accounts were signed in using two separate controllers (who would've guessed?) was I able to accept the new changes. *sigh*At least I know for next time...

While Edge and Bing may be accepted by many (they are impossible to get completely rid of) I do not think it is positive that a company press a browser (which can be omitted by just not using it until Bing take over) and a search engine (which now and then pops up even if never wanted), down on users on the paid for operation system.If anybody know how to get rid of these to pests, please, please inform us, not so knowledgeable users how to not having use of computers interrupted by an intruding search engine that actually, with no great success, does nothing else than trying to promote its own existence.

Bad experience.

I got a print from an artist that I love the work of. I received an email from fine art america saying they would send me a tracking number. However, when the package was shipped they wrote me that no tracking number was available. I waited for a week for the delivery or for a note of delivery. When nothing arrived I contacted them asking about the whereabouts of the order. After 5 days they sent me the tracking number (which existed and should have been shared with me). By that time the product was already going back to the sender.The thing is, if I had the tracking number I would have checked after a couple of days and have seen there was an attempted delivery. It is not clear yet if I will be refunded! Which is crazy because I don’t have the product I ordered. They say they didn’t do anything wrong. But they didn’t give me a tracking number like they said in the first email.They are also responsible for the company they choose to deliver their product and for the fact that they said they left information on a delivery slip but that is just not true.The website says that response usually takes a few hours, but I’m now waiting for more than a day since my last email.GOT A FULL REFUND

After 964 days I'm cancelling

After 964 days of German, which I finished, and Italian up to stage 4 I find I am stack at the end of lesson 51 unable to move forward. This is so disappointing. There is no way I can speak to somebody in Duolingo to sort. I will not renew and advise people not to sign up
