Ridiculously incompetent.

This company is absolutely horrible to work with. They do not allow any other computer repair companies to purchase their parts so they are the only ones that can fix your computer. Their website customer service menu and chat does not work and takes you in a neverending loop. When you speak with customer service on the phone, the representative LITERALLY says the same thing over and over again. My issue has been "escalated" 4 times, yet I have never received a phone call back even though their "notes" say that some tried to call, but couldn't leave a message - an outright lie. The departments will not communicate or share information and do not do what they say they will do - i.e. call to verify the address before shipping the computer back to us. I paid for expedited return shipping after the repair, but it was sent Ground anyway and I have not received my money back. As for the computer itself, we purchased it in January and it stopped working within 3 days; it was replaced by Best Buy and it has been less than 6 months and it is broken again. I still have not received it after the repair. I will NEVER purchase an ASUS product again.
