This has by far been the worst design platform/company to work with in my life (and I have worked with many in a variety of fields). I don't have the time or space to go through the technical complaints while working with the program so I will focus on their customer service. While attempting to get ahold of customer service multiple times in the beginning of my time using canva, I would be lucky to hear back within a few days and the message was always automated or prewritten text which never applied to my direct problem. Then I hoped that if I signed up for a pro account through my nonprofit, the service might be better. CSR after CSR after CSR would respond to my documentation provided asking for info that a previous one had taken. I am the head of our nonprofit & founder, my name is on all government paperwork, listed on our website with my picture, I provided all documentation plus a handwritten letter, digital letter, 2 recent receipts with all info (my name, org name, address, websites), offered up a picture of my name on the org credit card, and my first born child....still they could not approve me as an authorized representative of the org. Each person asking for a different documentation not reading through the chain of conversation. THE IRS, STATE GOVERNMENT, FINANANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, and more recognize me as the president, so why wouldn't canva?! I will never work with this brand again and would not recommend them to anyone!
Review of booking
Very bad customer service... and always I have to discuss my case again and again every time I talk to them. The top is when I booked a room that did not exist but charged me. They gave me another room after I was in my destination desperate to find somewhere to sleep.

Two Failed Grocery Deliveries & Awful Customer Service – Avoid Ordering Morrisons via Amazon!I have completely lost confidence in ordering Morrisons groceries through Amazon after two consecutive failed deliveries and a terrible customer service experience.Yesterday, my £100 grocery order was canceled for no reason. Amazon refunded the amount onto a gift card so I could reorder immediately. This morning, I placed the order again, and once again, my groceries were not delivered. When I contacted customer service, they told me to update my address details and assured me they would investigate the courier (who was the same person both times) and ensure someone else delivered my order. They told me to reorder, promising it would arrive today. Here’s where it gets worse: unlike yesterday, they did not refund the money to my gift card promptly, leaving me unable to place another order. When I called back, I was passed from agent to agent, left on hold for long periods, and eventually told the refund would take 5-7 working days. Why could they issue an instant refund yesterday but not today? No one had an answer. After 40 minutes on the phone, I finally spoke to a supervisor named Eia, who was rude, condescending, and provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of helping, she made the situation even more stressful.Amazon, if you’re reading this, I urge you to review the calls from the past two days and address the incompetence within your customer service team. Customers rely on grocery deliveries, and this level of inconsistency and poor service is unacceptable. If you’re a customer considering ordering Morrisons groceries through Amazon don’t. Unless you’re okay with your order being canceled at random and your money being held for a week, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

First off, if you don't use a disposable email when you sign up for sites like this, your crazy. Get a email acct with a place like Juno or email.com and don't use your name. I use "My Junk Mail" @ xyz as both my name and email address and when a place like academia.edu sends me an email stating they found my name (My Junk Mail) on multiple documents, I know it is a scam...I also know 99.9999% of mail at the disposable email is junk. If I am expecting a reply to an inquiry, I will dump the inbox and wait for the expected email. As far as academia.edu is concerned, yes they are a conjob.

Can i give a -10?Bought a HP printer in South Africa, never has anyone advised that their printers are region set. Moved to New Zealand, wanted to buy cartridges but none available. The printer i have can be bought in NZ, it looks exactly the same, just have a different “model nr”. The cartridges does not fit in mine. Phoned HP whereafter they advices about the region set, they said they can do a region reset but there was terms (they can only try 3 x times, if unsuccessful after 3rd attempt the printer would not be able to work anymore). I had to buy NZ cartridges worth over $200 for the region reset. Unfortunately after the 2nd attempt it still did not work so i dis not try a 3rd time. I then approached them as why does HP not inform their clients when buying a printer that you cannot use it in a different country. That it like witholding info? After a lot of back and forth and a month later they offered to sent me a set of free cartridges for my “inconvenience”. I opted for the 963 (sa) cartridges as then i will be able to use my current printer that is still basically brand new (even have the plastics on although its just over 2 years old). 2 weeks on and still no cartridges, then they say they cannot sent it as they cant send the SA once. They then offered me 1. Best price guaranteed on a new printer, that i would not be able to get at any retailer. 2. Set of cartridges for the new printer. 3. Discounted prices on any HP products. I requested prices on 2 printers, cane back and told me they dont have then in stock (whereafter i told them i can walk into any retailer and buy that specific one off the shelf), then suggested another printer and the best price is $300. This printer can be bought on special from Noel Leeming for $189 but they want to charge me $300 (and this is best prices guaranteed now). I told them to just leave it and send me 965 cartridges. Now they want to know what printer did i buy, the serial number and from who. Why? They offered me cartridges, why do I need to tell them anything?? Why would i go out and buy a new printer before they have send the cartridges if they have on 2 previous occasions not followed through on their “deal”! HP has disappointed me to say the least.

It's disastrous how a top of the line MOBO model has massive compatibility issues with standard parts ( storage, ram, GPUs, etc.) that are already widely present in the market. If you follow the list of "supported" parts, you can find yourself at least 5 to 10 years backwards in technology with a "current" MOBO. I HIGHLY regret buying this motherboard. Definitively not a wise selection when you are trying to go for performance. Even advertised as a Gaming motherboard, it does not support the most popular GPUs available. The customer support took ages to reply back and even when contacted, they assume the case is "closed" if they reply to you, no way to get back to them. The return policy is very limited and only applicable in a very few specific cases that do not apply to regular customers. WORST Experience ever.

Pathetic. Could be a site for free speech and healthy debate, instead it's moderated into obscurity by thin skinned incels who ban any commentary that's contrary to their own small beliefs born from their lack of life experience and oodie wearing. Banned me for 2 days for saying an adaptation of a TV SHOW from a game fell short. Go dye your hair a natural colour from the current shade blue it undoubtedly is and touch some grass. Reddit needs to be shut down.

I signed up to find someone to repair a garage door. After signing up, it was a barrage of phone calls, text messages and emails. I answered the first couple calls, but the calls were clearly being made through some robo call system and no one would be on the other line and then the line would go dead. On the third call, there was actually someone on the line and I told them to stop calling. But the calls, emails and texts keep coming. I wont use them now or EVER!!!!

I have found great contractors with home advisor. I have completed a gutter project I am very happy with, and am in the middle of a fence project that is going very well. I was able to get multiple quotes very easily and, on the whole, have been happy with the quality and professionalism of the suggested pros.
