Two Failed Grocery Deliveries & Awful Customer Service – Avoid Ordering Morrisons via Amazon!I have completely lost confidence in ordering Morrisons groceries through Amazon after two consecutive failed deliveries and a terrible customer service experience.Yesterday, my £100 grocery order was canceled for no reason. Amazon refunded the amount onto a gift card so I could reorder immediately. This morning, I placed the order again, and once again, my groceries were not delivered. When I contacted customer service, they told me to update my address details and assured me they would investigate the courier (who was the same person both times) and ensure someone else delivered my order. They told me to reorder, promising it would arrive today. Here’s where it gets worse: unlike yesterday, they did not refund the money to my gift card promptly, leaving me unable to place another order. When I called back, I was passed from agent to agent, left on hold for long periods, and eventually told the refund would take 5-7 working days. Why could they issue an instant refund yesterday but not today? No one had an answer. After 40 minutes on the phone, I finally spoke to a supervisor named Eia, who was rude, condescending, and provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of helping, she made the situation even more stressful.Amazon, if you’re reading this, I urge you to review the calls from the past two days and address the incompetence within your customer service team. Customers rely on grocery deliveries, and this level of inconsistency and poor service is unacceptable. If you’re a customer considering ordering Morrisons groceries through Amazon don’t. Unless you’re okay with your order being canceled at random and your money being held for a week, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
