Do not trade in your ATT phones and expect your money!!

Two phones on my account were traded in for new phones. I contacted ATT for the box & labels to return each phone. I followed the steps provided and mailed the two phones back to ATT. A month went by with no credits to my account. Another month went by so I called ATT. I was on hold for an hour. ATT rep stated it could take up to 3 months to see your credit. The credit for both phones is $1400. $700/per phone. I have called multiple times attempting to resolve this. ATT now says they never received either of my phones!! I visited my local ATT store and was told the mgr was going to escalate my issue- never heard back. I called ATT and asked for their trade in distribution center and the sales rep refused to transfer me and tried to upsell me something else. After 1hr30 min the rep hung up on me. Most recently I had a conversation with an ATT employee off the record and this employee stated that ATT had sent customers the incorrect label for trade ins. The labels ATT sent customers for trade ins all went back to ATT sales. ATT says that they have no way of tracking either phone. I followed the directions with the correct box, label and timeframe to return these two phones. After having 6 calls with ATT, multiple chats & visiting the ATT local branch and getting nowhere I need to contact the Attorney General, BBB and leave reviews. ATT owes me my trade in money of $1400.

Called sure triple AAA today and all that was good. They sent me out somebody and he was really nice. I would’ve given him five stars the reason it’s only one star because when I came back home, I called AAA to change a few things on my plan and the guy was just rude. It just threw me back Almost wanted to cancel AAA.

Incorrect information on Trip Advisor.

A lot of incorrect information. They go by postcodes so a lot of businesses they state as being in Colchester are elsewhere. The Colchester District postcodes also cover all of Tendring District, part of Braintree District and the Babergh District of Suffolk. It is best to do your own research on the actual physical location of a business you want to go to, a restaurant for example.

Disgusting Business Practices.

I cancelled my digital subscription last year and was told that it would continue to the end as there was no refund. Sometime later I looked at my account and noted that the renewal payment was still active. I phoned again to ensure that my subscription was cancelled and was told that it was. I then received an email on the 10/04/22 advising me that my subscription was increasing by an absurd amount and I phoned the next day and cancelled once more. Again I was assured that I would receive an email stating that it had been cancelled.Today I looked at my CC and saw that a renewal payment had been taken. I then spent 2 hours trying to contact the DT, but all roads led to the dead end of a wormhole without end. I eventually got a phone number by searching online and succeeded in talking to a gentleman admitted that my subscription had been cancelled and that payment had been taken, but there was nothing that he could do.The DT has decayed over the last two years beyond belief - it is not even worth using as a chip wrapping these days. Judging by recent reviews I am not alone in this experience. My bank has put a block on the DT , and I am pursuing a Section 75 claim. I would suggest that the DT is in trouble and would advise anyone to give it a wide berth.

Zero stars.I have reported this company for a suspected criminal offence on their part.This was before I saw the reviews on here. I wish I had seen the reviews on here before I entered my details and signed up.Check the terms and conditions, it gives details of how to email their legal department and where to begin a claim for arbitration against them.The worst company I have ever come across. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

After today I’m deleting my Lyft account and App… Drivers constantly don’t follow map to destination and disregard where the passenger needs to go, I’ve rode with four drivers this week that spoke no English, One driver wasn’t what the picture of what should be driving the car.. I think Lyft is a cesspool of driver rejects from Uber, Uber is more expensive but it’s worth the professionalism and a clean car..

My Asus ROG Strix Scar II GL704GW…

My Asus ROG Strix Scar II GL704GW decided to totally die 2 weeks ago so I decided to send it in for warranty repair. I was sent a postage label and RMA number about a week after sending it I receive an E-mail from letmerepair telling me it is not covered by the waranty as the battery conection has come lose on the motherboard and it is my fault. This is absolute rubbish the laptop has sat in one position since new running on mains power. I raised a dispute with asus who you cannot speak to you have to deal through E-mail they come back to me ans state as letmerepair have decided I caused the damage I will have to pay £1700 to get it fixed. The laptop only cost £1650 when new. As good as asus products are I would advise you buy other brands because if it goes wrong they do not honour their waranty and will rip you off. To get my laptop back as is they want £45 again another scam ripoff.
