Two phones on my account were traded in for new phones. I contacted ATT for the box & labels to return each phone. I followed the steps provided and mailed the two phones back to ATT. A month went by with no credits to my account. Another month went by so I called ATT. I was on hold for an hour. ATT rep stated it could take up to 3 months to see your credit. The credit for both phones is $1400. $700/per phone. I have called multiple times attempting to resolve this. ATT now says they never received either of my phones!! I visited my local ATT store and was told the mgr was going to escalate my issue- never heard back. I called ATT and asked for their trade in distribution center and the sales rep refused to transfer me and tried to upsell me something else. After 1hr30 min the rep hung up on me. Most recently I had a conversation with an ATT employee off the record and this employee stated that ATT had sent customers the incorrect label for trade ins. The labels ATT sent customers for trade ins all went back to ATT sales. ATT says that they have no way of tracking either phone. I followed the directions with the correct box, label and timeframe to return these two phones. After having 6 calls with ATT, multiple chats & visiting the ATT local branch and getting nowhere I need to contact the Attorney General, BBB and leave reviews. ATT owes me my trade in money of $1400.
