Placed order on the 28th of November for my partner's birthday (17th Dec) for the payment to be taken instantly. Still not arrived and it's now the 22nd of December. Sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls.. Seems they are unreachable. Surprised that such a big company could be so crooked! Won't be buying from them again, greedy pathetic excuse of a company.

One of the beads fell off the end of my Pandora bracelet. It was one of the last pieces of jewellery that my husband bought for me before he died six months ago. Pandora are now refusing to help due to "data protection" unless I provide the receipt, his credit card details, email address, shipping address and would you believe, a copy of his death certificate. I cannot provide the receipt or his credit card details as these were all passed to the solicitor for probate and I find the need to provide his death certificate distressing when this was a gift purchased with love. Whilst I understand the need for data protection, I find this attitude, given the sad circumstances, totally heartless by Pandora.

As google does not care, I will leave a complain here from fraudulent debits from google.I have to contact the bank to reverse and refund the amount (around 100 EUR in several diff transactions).I had never bought anything from google and I never will.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience returning an item to Sephora. I returned the item over three weeks ago, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue by contacting customer service, I have yet to receive my refund. Every time I reach out, I’m told that the issue is being processed, but it’s clear nothing is happening. I’ve followed all the proper steps, including dropping off the return parcel as instructed, and I expected a much quicker resolution. It’s incredibly disappointing that after so much time, I still have not received any clear answers or my refund. I expected much better service from a company like Sephora.

We do NOT recommend Porsche. Bought a new vehicle and the car has had nothing but problems. The dealership's service department is incompetent. But Porsche North America doesn't stand behind their vehicles and they have no control over their dealerships. Worst mistake we ever made was to buy a Porsche.
