Do not order directly with Xiaomi UK. My new Poco F3 has poor connections to both mobile and Wifi, it is not fit for purpose. 3 months later, I am still awaiting to return to Xiaomi UK. The after sale service team is polite but after 5 long calls later, each representative had promised a return envelope to be sent out. Each one had promised a follow up email. I am still waiting. I had even offered to send it at my cost in order to get a refund but they would not accept. I was a Xiaomi fan (for 3 years) but with this incompetent post sales service, lack of quality control, I am afraid I will not trust them again.UPDATE: The device was sent back to the technical team and provided with proof of purchase. 24 days on, no reply and no sign of refund. I am starting to believe that Xiaomi is running an incompetent business and consumer rights count very little.Update 2: WB-MI-0013887-001 (att: Xiaomi), I look forward to hearing from you.
