The customer adviser really tried her best to help me and spent a longer time in the phone to help me solve exporting dater to my new account but we now need the tech department to resolve it as she tried her best but system errors. We need more people like her to support new customers I appreciated her time & patiences with me as I need at least 1.5hrs as 45mins is not good. Please change your onboarding policy to 1hour minimum.
