YOU SUCK

YOU SUCK! I mail ordered from you in APRIL and promptly returned the merchandise, which you acknowledged, and I have YET to receive my refund of $60!!! You sent me an email in July, saying my refund was FINALLY being credited back to my account, then NOTHING happened! And now I just received another email saying the same thing. WHEN WILL I REALLY GET MY REFUND? Clearly you do NOT have your act together!
