Spotify disabled my account without notice

Spotify disabled my account for "suspicious activity" without notification or explanation. After failed log in attempts and getting "account does not exist" messages I contacted customer service and was informed the account had been disabled for "suspicious activity" but could not tell me what "suspicious activity" I had engaged in. I did not at any time, receive a notice my account was disabled. Yet Spotify has continued to charge me for Premium Service. I have cancelled my Spotify subscription.
